They have the best Carne Asada tacos in town. I love him so much. I hate him about four times a week. I sneak away for lunch. It's my only time I get to eat them by myself. I love my kids taking them for me because they know they're the best thank you Rosa!!!!!!!

Breakfast it's served until 11am. We got there at 11:05am. So not luck. We got the burrito Supreme instead. The sauce was good but the ground beef filling was not great. Maybe we'll give a try next time for breakfast.

Better tacos than any you’ll find in Taos. Stopped in after biking Rift Valley loop, got barbacoa tacos and asada tacos. 4 tacos in an order. Fresh tortillas, saw them being pressed and thrown on the griddle! DELISH! Also they take card, not cash only 🙌🏻

Great spot for a quick and easy breakfast. Breakfast burrito was well seasoned and tasted great. Salsa was really good too, great flavor and spice.

Best food in Taos, hands down. Try the breakfast burrito con chorizo, the carne asada tacos, or the tortas. We’re eagerly waiting for Rosa to open up a location in the north side.
