Best food in Taos, hands down. Try the breakfast burrito con chorizo, the carne asada tacos, or the tortas. We’re eagerly waiting for Rosa to open up a location in the north side.
Not impressed with the tacos. Simple. Dry. No flavor. Over priced. Nothing has sides for how pricy it is. I got cubana torta. No sides, not even jalepeno.

Picked up the Rosa special and the Barbacoa burrito for lunch. The sandwich was very good with plenty of meat. It had a ham slice and pulled shredded beef. The Barbacoa burrito was stuffed full. They were both very flavorful and very filling. The hot sauce had plenty of heat and the green sauce plenty of flavor.

Good tacos, had the chicken and pork tacos, pork was thinly sliced and great, chicken a little dry but still good. Salsas are tasty and the red one is pretty hot, solid place.

It's a Taco Truck!!!! Better than most brick and mortar places in town though. They do suffer from Taos hours so when you see them open you should eat there.
We really weren’t impressed with this place. The tacos just simply weren’t that good. Lacked a lot of flavor. The asada taco meat was cut super fine and it was very very dry. Too bad the toppings don’t come with it. Would make the burrito far better.
