Very rude customer service perla was very rude. Handed my order in a rude matter and didn’t greet or say anything just rolled her eyes and walked away. If you can’t be respectful and at least act fake you shouldn’t be in customer service

Typical small town sonic. However. The dude mumbles into the mic. After repeating that I couldn’t hear, he mumbled again. Then just shut the “red button” activation off and didn’t answer again. Ordered from the app instead while sitting in the same stall. The girl who brought the food was so sweet tho.

Sonic good is mid everywhere you go, so not this locations fault. Service here is almost always great. I always use the app.

I came through the drive through today and after waiting 20 minutes in the line, it was now my turn to order and the lady over the intercoms screams "GO TO A STALL" I would like to point out that over half of the stalls do not work at this location. This establishment provided the worst experience that I have ever had in Taos after living here for over 13 years. Unacceptable.

Ive received the wrong order too many times to count. Manager has been disrespectful in the past. C'mon Taos show some pride and professionalism in what you do no matter line of work it is.

I’m a door dasher here in Taos New Mexico and there are times that our customers orders come out pretty quick but that usually in the night the day crew they like ignore there DoorDash orders they take forever we would be sitting there for like half an hr just waiting for them to answer the red button that we press to get our customers orders! People order door dash so that way when the person goes and picks up the order it will be done when they get there n handed to them asap!!!! N if it’s just drinks or shakes or slushes those orders should be out right away first no matter if there was somebody ahead of them the customers drinks shouldn’t just sit there just because someone ordered before them doesn’t mean they should be waiting for there order that only has drinks door dash orders and orders with just drinks should be first. Carhops need to be more respectful and they need to start caring about there orders and customers.

***30 MINUTE WAIT*** Six cars in the drive-through line 30 minute wait to get food in hand. I saw at least four or five cars bail out of line because it took so long. They cost me my entire lunch break and made me late for my next appointment. Speaker Box has a note that says they’re shortstaffed, but they’re not. At least four people inside just moseying around, no sense of urgency whatsoever. The food I had waited 30 minutes for had been drying out under a heat lamp. Don’t waste your time or money.
