It used to be better, until speedway bought it and put a TV at every pump. How about a gas station with working bathrooms and no theft at the pump instead of all this abrasive technology?

On 11/18/23 at 2:30 PM -we happen to see” racism at its finest” employee sees us walk in and immediately says there’s no public restroom - we continued walking to get snacks and she thought we were going towards the restroom and yells why don’t you people understand! No need to stop here guys. Unfriendliest town. Paisanos ni lleguen a esta tienda de Speedway los empleados son racistas y no permiten el uso al publico. Aparte de que te quieren poner una maltratada. Perfect place to get your gopro out to document the treatment employees give to customers.

Just don’t. Even if you have too, just don’t. Hold it until the next station. Bathroom door has no lock, there’s not a lid on the pump soap, no lids for your cups, 1/2 the coffees, fountain machine, and ice machine was out of order. I gave it 1 star because I’m being kind. They also keep the straws behind the cash register.

Walked in here to get some snacks for the road and use the restroom. For whatever reason the clerk lady decides to shout, "great! come to use the bathroom and not buy anything!" at me and my girlfriend basically as soon as we walk in, in front of several other customers. Not sure if she expected us to do our shopping before using the bathroom or what, but there was someone in the restroom and we just left because it felt awkward standing there waiting after she shouted at us for no reason.

It is as no surprise that speedway hr has not addressed the issue and the employees continue to treat customers with disrespect. I know of no business that could actually last a month in a compeitive enviroment that would treat customers in this manner. I guess as a customer be prepared to be treated with disrespect. And continue to report the issues. The former owner of speedway apologized for the incident that occurred.

This has been my main place to buy fuel for years... thousands of dollars. I've stuck with it despite being increasingly frustrated with maulfunctioning pumps, unstocked windshield cleaning stations, receipt printers out of paper and the non-functioning carwash. Today, Easter Sunday, I stopped to fill up and bought an $8 car wash. The pump printer was out of paper and the store was closed so I had no way of getting another receipt printed. I guess I'm just out $8. On top of that the car wash is broken again, so why are they even selling car wash tickets? I'm done with this place. Finding a new gas station.
