Never seen this place not packed. One of the best subways I’ve been to based on personnel and product. Thanks for feeding me guys 👍

Ordered through the app at 3:40 sandwich was not ready until 4:15 the manager said the excuse was that they were short staffed but him and 2 other employees stood around talking for the past 30 mins about what the most they had ever made it tips was. When I got home I found out that the sandwich was missing guacamole which I paid extra for and cheddar cheese on my nacho chicken sub.

Jesus and Santiago are absolute legends behind the counter! I’ve been eating Subway for over 20 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a sandwich made with this much care, passion, and flavor. Their Veggie Delight was hands-down the best I’ve ever tasted—fresh, perfectly balanced, and made with real attention to detail.
But it’s not just the sandwich—their hospitality is next-level. They make you feel so welcome, like you’re part of the family. Every visit is a 5-star experience, and I’ve found myself coming back again and again in just a short time because they make it THAT good.
These two genuinely care about their work and this location. Subway corporate—take note—you’ve got gold right here with Jesus and Santiago! Keep up the amazing work!

Santiago and Jesus are outstanding! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with such great energy and genuine smiles. The Subway was spotless, and they took amazing care in making my order just right. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that brings both great service and great vibes—Santiago and Jesus made my visit a 10/10.

Honestly I cannot write this place so I'm just going to give it a three right and smack in the middle I don't know how the food is or the people I just know that we didn't even make it in the door The day we wanted to go try the Subway here in Taos some young little girl stopped us at the door and said sorry we're closed We have no change and someone just walked out we were like okay wow we would have paid with the debit card if change was an issue disappointing sorry Subway to speak in the truth. 👎🏾
Waited in a huge line, then got to the counter had to wait again for online orders to be made which is whatever. Place my order go to check out and the refuse to take any bill larger then a 20$ because he says he would have to go to the bank to get change . There are no signs up. I said to him they should put some signs up stating this and he said ” it's common sense” subway could need a new manager with decent customer service skills .

Rare that I’ll leave a negative review but this location constantly lets me down. This past weekend I had such a bad experience, I will likely never go to Subway again.
I filed a complaint online and did not receive word back yet for a refund. Can’t say I’m surprised.

We arrived a little before opening time but the door was open so we went in. One person said: “we are not quite open”, but a sweet woman named Vanessa came out from the back and said she would go ahead and serve us since everything was ready. In Taos this kind of service is a rarity! Not only did she help us, she did it with a smile and genuine friendliness! I hope she is appreciated by her boss and her staff. She deserves to be noticed! Thank you Vanessa!

Manager of this location was extremely rude and unprofessional, annoyed about having to make our order saying “he was so tired of making sandwiches”. Not to mention that the conditions were extremely unsanitary, two of their workers had violated any sanitation regulations, one actively bleeding into his glove, while a girl didn’t have any gloves at all. I’m very disappointed with display of unprofessional behavior and lack of common courtesy.
