If you're looking for a quick sandwich, don't bother. If there's even one person ahead of you figure it's 20 minutes just to get your sandwich. I've stood in line for 45 minutes while there's only 2 people ahead of me. Ridiculous. Stopped by on Saturday at 2 and there were 3 people in line and only ONE person working sandwiches and register. I didn't have an hour of time.They also don't know how to work together. People stand there watching one person making the sandwich. Most shops will hand off once is in the oven to speed things up.For the price - and Subway is way too pricey anymore - it's not worth that kind of wait. I wish we had a Jimmy John's. Meats, service, bread and prices are better.

Great sandwich shop, the staff were friendly and quick. The food was prepared well and tasted like it should. The consistency is there each time. I normally order on the app but I missed going in.Parking: Lots of spots, just watch out for fast moving cars

Sister asked to have her sandwich toasted and they said they couldn’t because it had vegetables in it. She asked if she could have it made again and they snatched it from her and threw it in the trash while yelling at her which made her cry as she already has social anxiety. We told them that wasn’t okay to treat customers like that way and they said they’d call the police on us??? We even gave them a tip because we payed before the sandwich was fully made which I now obviously regret. (To be fair this happened exactly one year ago I just remembered to review the place)

Every time I order a Mexicali/cali fresh online, they ALWAYS forget the avocado and most times they forget the cheese. I’ve ordered it like 3 or 4 times. The first time they gave me a refund. After that, they didn’t even respond to my emails. It’s printed clear as day on the receipt, so I know it’s not a machine malfunctioning. I’m really confused, I’m not trying to get free food or upset people. I just want what I paid for… The other sandwiches I get are usually fine. Sometimes they swap the breads or something, whatever. But CONSISTENTLY not getting the expensive a$$ avocado mush I paid for is really annoying and frustrating.

Worst place to get lunch first of all most of the employees have long but no hair nets on and then going through the drive through took more than 15 minutes to actually get to the main window. And got our sandwich which was a completely different order how hard is it to make an all American sandwich and endup with a roast beef sandwich extra onions they need to go back to sandwich making 101 SMH well never go there again

Did a door dash order last night and we just ended up going in and getting it. No one even double checked if we were DoorDash. Then when we got back to our hotel we noticed we didn’t have some stuff we ordered. We called and the girl who answered was very rude when we asked her for her name and she started saying she didn’t have to give her name. She said we would have to contact DoorDash ?? DoorDash didn’t even get our order because we literally waited 1hr for our food to be delivered. We ended up going in and getting it ourselves. Just over all very rude costumer service on her part. (Still never got a name) 0 stars. Get a new job if you can’t handle yours.
