Sushi Siam Reviews
I really didn't think we could find good sushi in Taos. We are sushi snobs and won't eat anything just because it's rolled up in rice. The fish was very fresh when we ate. The owner took a round of all of the tables and was very friendly. Service was great. 100% recommend.
Delicious! Love the Tom Kha and Tiger Tear. The gyoza is delicious and drunken noodles were nice and spicy. Loved everything!
We’ll be back (soon)!

Sushi Siam is a popular local spot in Taos, known for its excellent service and wide range of vegan options. The restaurant offers delicious dishes such as vegan sushi, cooked vegetables with various sauces, and two exceptional curries - Panang and Massaman. Customers have also enjoyed dishes like crispy duck Pad Thai, eel rolls, and Thai Tea, which are prepared just as they would be in Thailand. The staff are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience pleasant. While some dishes like the rice bowl with duck may be a bit crusty from sitting under a warmer, overall, the quality of the food is good and safe to eat. The restaurant provides a vibrant atmosphere with generous portions, offering a unique blend of Thai and Japanese cuisine in a town mainly known for Southwest Tex Mex. Despite minor imperfections, Sushi Siam continues to be appreciated for its flavorful dishes and welcoming environment.
