Sushi Siam Taos is a gem in the heart of Taos. The shrimp pho was absolutely fantastic - the perfect balance of salt and just the right amount of shrimp. It's a rare find to have such an authentic and delicious dish in the States. The curries were also a hit, with a mouth-watering aroma and generous portions of protein. The quaint atmosphere added to the overall experience, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Sushi Siam Taos for anyone looking for a memorable and satisfying dining experience.

Very good options for those who don’t eat meat! Service was great too. Our waiter was really friendly. If you like authentic Asian food, this is the place for you!Vegetarian options: Could get meals with tofu instead of meat!

Went there with a group of friends. The duck was wonderful. We all had different dishes and all were beautifully presented and tasted great.

Hate that I have to give this restaurant even one star. They were extremely not focus on customer satisfaction or service. I ordered a meal with shrimp, when I got the meal I thought “wow the shrimp kinda looks grey” but it had a reddish sauce so I wasn’t sure. Two bites in and I knew the shrimp was not cooked. My husband sent the dish back as I was getting up to head to the restroom to be sick. They didn’t do anything to rectify the situation and were really just unconcerned that they made a patron sick. My husband and daughter had to get their food to go because when I came out I was green. Getting the check, my meal was taken off but just the lack of concern really soared my opinion of them. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Horrible!!! Also very slow to get a server to the table after getting our drink order it took them about 20 minutes or more to come get our food order. Just overall terrible!!!

Had used them for take out and the food was good. Tried dine-in on Valentine's and it was a disaster. They ignored the problem hoping it would go away.
