it took about it took roughly an hour to get our food (5 soft tacos) and the workers are so damn rude. I'm 18 years old and I know how to talk to people and be nice because I have worked in the food industry it's a hard job yes but when it's the Taco Bell in taos NM nah you need better employees.

I watched an employee nodding out in the passenger seat of a truck and then he proceeds to go inside stumbling in his work uniform! This tacobell has truly went downhill! I'm so glad I saw this before I ordered my food. I will not be returning

On the road, quick stop at Taco Bell. It's not so good. Took 40 minutes for food. Food slaped to gather missing items. Never going there. Service was worst ever.
I ordered something at 10:30 just for them to wait until 11 to even look at my order then not start on it and tell me it's too late by 11:30, horrible location

This location will hire just about anyone. So if you’re looking for order accuracy, quick drive thru, and good customer service, this one ain’t it! I would go so far as to say the employees don’t care. When I’m at the window all I hear is loud laughing and non stop talking. Do better.
