If you try to dine in, everyone ignores you at the cashiers desk. Except Roberta, she is the only employee who is attentive. A simple, “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way.

Spent $46 something for chalupa. Seriously this is how much chicken they put in All six we ordered!. Asked for no sauce or garnish. They took out cheese too. EXTREMELY Disappointed with these skimpy little things after we go there once a week. Need to find somewhere else after this.

Very rude lady at the drive through register! She does not know to how operate register, she is not privy to thinking on the spot or problem solving/multitasking even the simplest of requests. I would not have had a problem with that but to make things worse, SHE WAS SO RUDE!

New management ignores orders and does them whenever they feel like it and is extremely rude to and biased against drive through and doordash customers EDIT- it's only gotten worse as they don't even try to make the food the way it's intended, what even is this they just slopped it into a corner and called it a day, the staff is uncaring and rude and about to get a not nice in person visit if this keeps up

it took about it took roughly an hour to get our food (5 soft tacos) and the workers are so damn rude. I'm 18 years old and I know how to talk to people and be nice because I have worked in the food industry it's a hard job yes but when it's the Taco Bell in taos NM nah you need better employees.

I watched an employee nodding out in the passenger seat of a truck and then he proceeds to go inside stumbling in his work uniform! This tacobell has truly went downhill! I'm so glad I saw this before I ordered my food. I will not be returning
