Yes. I am the guy who always wants to know where the really good food is. Even in a small town, there’s always something good. Found it in Taos: the Taos Chicharron Burrito (it’s a food truck). The Chicharron Burrito was divine. Simple. Fresh, hot tortilla filled with Chicharron, perfect beans, and cheese. Crunchy, yet chewy, and absolutely delicious. Sitting under a big red umbrella under the beautiful blue sky and listening to the distant sound of Mexican radio, spatulas...

We were driving home to Denver and stopped through Taos for breakfast. you can tell this must be a local favorite and for good reason. Breakfast burrito was fantastic and the people were especially so sweet and welcoming.
