I absolutely LOVE the tea here and have been ordering for years online. I was finally in Taos recently and excited to go visit in person. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit. The employee was extremely snobby and unwelcoming. I asked for some suggestions based on what I like and they had literally no interest in talking to me about tea or helping me find new varieties that I would have loved to buy. I felt stupid for making my family go out of the way for this experience because it was so lame, and I low key wish I had saved my time and just continued ordering online.
Big shout out to Maizie - not only did she make solid recommendations that aligned with my palate but she educated me on all the products and blends as well!
This is easily the coolest tea place I've ever been. Fantastic prices for the high quality as well.
Thank you Maizie!
Fantastic assortment of teas, love the energy of the staff, the store front it beautiful, refreshing, and made this the only store we bought stuff at when walking around the whole village area.
Well done! First impression was when we say tea-o-graphy on the menu at OJO calientes restaurant. The packaging of the single tea bag they gave us there. We had to come and try it in person! Smart business woman, working with the respected local businesses to create positive association. ❤️🔥
I asked which tea blends were specifically super unique to them and the guy said “Awaken” was one. Tried it today and super impressed!
My partner ordered “cafe sans cafe” which tasted fine, I can see why it’s popular if you’re looking for a tea that tastes like coffee that’s decaf… a decaf coffee tea. It does the job well.
Really nice tea, and free samples!
I love this little tea shop! They have amazing teas and teapots and the shop is so cute and cozy!
I wasn't happy about any of the caffeine free teas I had been drinking as nightcaps after work. Then, as I was buying Moon Zappa's memoir I saw that she was involved with this company making teas. I found the Moon Dust and bought a three serving sample and it ticks all of my boxes for something to drink after I come home tired and mildly stressed and feel the need to breathe and unwind. It is delicious. The herb and spice mixture is killer. The cinnamon and cardamom hit me just right. I've already bought a larger amount. This is my new winter tea.
The most delightful place and the best tea!! I shop when I’m in town and I order online the rest of the year. Ginger spice is my all-time favorite! ?
I have never had a tea that I didn't love. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. The teas are terrific with exotic blends for every palate. My faves are Georgia Peach, High Desert Sage and Coconut Chai. This is a must-stop when in Taos to bring home the tastes of the area.
Watch out for sticker shock! $52.00 for two small bags of tea? At our surprise the young girl was not very nice. We felt we were bothering her to be a customer. The owner Dana did follow up with me, asked questions to take to her team to make improvements and offered us some tea of our choice. It was a nice back and forth that I felt was a honest desire to better the customer service. In the end, the tea is very good.
Went in with a friend who was visiting Taos. Was greeted by an extremely lovely woman, who explained how things worked and the layout of the store, she explained, they offered samples if you would like. Friendly woman seemed to go into the back room. Definitely got the vibe , we would probably be bothering the guy behind the counter, if we asked for samples. Disappointed to find no price list on product, being prices have increased, since I have last been in. Noticed smaller bags of tea behind the counter, upon checking out, not sure if they were for sale , being no one explained that part to us. Definitely a price shock at the register, left a dollar tip , due to the first woman being extremely pleasant. Definitely high quality product. Good tea if you’re in the mood to treat yourself.

Dana’s Tea’s and her shop are truly magical! ☕️
Come check this place out. They have unique and inspired teas. They let you taste them before you buy and you can even pick up a brewed drink here. Also the cute girl at the front is extremely friendly and plays great tunes. Come check it out.
I highly recommend their bisco-tea-cho. It’s a mix between their official state cookie, the biscochito, and matcha. You can get the matcha latte to go or buy the tea itself.
Beautiful store, kind people and tasty tea. What more could a gal want?!
Charming shop with a great selection of gourmet tea blends. The owner is AWESOME and was happy to take time to show us around and introduced us to some new, some old, flavours profiles.Head in, sample some tea, and dont leave without grabbing 2oz(or 16oz) of tea!"A Better Way To Tea Bag"
My husband and I walked in with the intent of just getting a gift for a coworker... We walked out total tea heads!! Jessica was so so nice and helpful. She talked to us without rush and without pressure. I've only tasted bad tea, but after this visit, not only did we find the perfect gifts we also bought tea for ourselves! Thank you Jessica!
