Stopped in to get a cup of coffee before heading out of town. My friend got a cardamom coffee which she loved and I got a spiced chai with honey which was fantastic.

Register staff fit the cliché of the bored, cooler-than-you coffeshop vibe. Barista was super friendly. It's a great spot, lively crowd, and excellent coffee.

Not especially cozy but it has excellent service and very unique drinks like the Golden Milk.

The Coffee Apothecary in Taos sits on Paseo del Pueblo Sur, a small place, unpretentious, with Eiffel chairs and a clean, bright air. The beans, roasted in-house, carry the high desert’s truth—ethically sourced, full-bodied, smooth as the Rio Grande’s flow. You order a mocha, sweet and soothing, or an espresso, sharp and true, and it comes with a quiet care, the baristas moving like they know the weight of a good cup. The vibe is Taos itself—old meeting new, a warm nook where locals and wanderers sit, talk, or think in silence. Pastries, baked by Pablo Flores’ mother, are simple, honest, and good. You sip, you stay, you feel the community’s pulse. Five stars, for it is a place that does not compromise, and you leave better than you came.

This is the exact vibe I want in a coffee shop—great selection of caffeinated and non-caffeinated bevies, cute crunchie ambiance, and friendly staff. If I lived locally, I would be here way too often. Thank you for being such a wonderful find!

Service was 10/10 and so was the atmosphere! We ordered iced matcha lattes with honey and cold foam which were delicious! The prices are amazing and drinks aren’t overpriced. We highly recommend!
