Fast friendly service. Food not so good. Buns on burgers were dry. Fires were cold. Nuggets were ummm crunchy... They key to the women's bathroom didn't work so I had to use the men's... Gross!!

The lobby was very dirty so we took our food to go. The soda tasted diluted, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil. The burger was good, however.

Horrible filthy bathroom, the men's was plugged up so out of order. The dining room smelled terrible! Old grease and dirty sticky floors and tables. Worsed fast food place I have ever been in.

So very strange. I was the only person inside, took nearly 10 minutes to order. Just stood there while 2 women had a conversation about their personal lives. One finally left the store and the other one turned and said to me "what's up?" Like I was a jerk for just wanting a burger. The rest of the transaction was nearly silent. Once my food was ready I just assumed that the food was mine because there was no indication that tray was mine. Just bizzare.

walked in at 7:59PM, a lady in line in front of me walked away with her order. as soon as i walked up to the counter i was told that i needed to walk outside and place my order via the drive through. full staff, multiple people eating in the restaurant.
wendy’s, what is this? don’t do this to customers please. honor your posted hours or modify them but don’t mess with people needlessly. you are a fast food joint. managers making up hours on the fly should be punished. i think the managers and franchise owner need to be replaced immediately.

We went here because my son is picky about what he eats, my wife and I were getting food elsewhere. We ordered fries and a frosty, it took 30 minutes from the time we entered drive thru to the time leaving with our small order. There is a curb with a large dropoff that basically blocks any way of leaving once you realize the line is moving too slow. The food was good, service was slow and acted like we were an inconvenience at the speaker. Slowest Wendy's I've ever seen. I can't recommend this to anyone beyond the food being good.

People talk so much crap but it is Wendy's, okay? what do you want? If you're eating fast food in New Mexico something is wrong already. There's some girl on staff who absolutely gushes over me every time I walk in so *I* like them. Be super enthusiastic when you see me and I'll give you a great review too
