I've had several very good experiences at the Taos Wendy's. The last time I ate there was Saturday, Jan 31, 2026 around 7:00p (last night). The young lady at the register was Deshana. They were busy, but took my order just a few minutes later. I told her I had time. 10 minutes later she brought my order to my table. I had the $6 biggy meal with the Jr Bacon cheese burger which came with the nuggets - fries were hot and the nuggets nice and crispy. The store was clean - 7 people at one table, 2 at another and 3 at another. Definitely recommend. Get the young blonde gal if you have a choice. The manager was running his tail off (-:

Strange Wendy’s.. I had walked in and I got smacked by the smell of rotten meat and burnt oil. The restaurant inside was dirty, and there was a fly trap full of flies and flies flying around the restaurant. There was no one else there, but a kid eating a burger, me ordering, and the staff. I walk up to the counter and was not greeted. All the staff just looked at me and I had to initiate the greetings and give my order. I didn’t feel comfortable eating inside of the restaurant so I took my medium fry and Dr Pepper in my car. Fries were dry not good. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s.

Went thru the drive thru Peter took my order the chicken nuggets liked a few mins so he asked me to pull up an he would bring them to me. While sitting there he brought me a frostie and told me it was for my wait! Staff today was great! Definitely worth my trip from angel fire! Stay Amazing Peter!!!

I ordered a decent meal at Wendy’s around 8 PM last night and they couldn’t even get the order right I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and the sugar cookie along with my meal and didn’t even get the cookies. It makes me so sad no one listens and they can’t get an order straight sad pitiful customer service. No straws either for the frosty.

Updating my review for Wendy’s in Taos after about eight years. I hadn’t eaten here since I stopped working as a manager a couple years ago (I’d had enough of Wendy’s for a while, LOL.)
Last night, I went with my son and his girlfriend. It was pretty late, and as you know, Taos doesn’t have many late-night food options. We were hesitant but decided to give Wendy’s a try and asked if they could make our spicy chicken sandwiches fresh. My son and his girlfriend ordered the Spicy Asiago Ranch, and I got a regular Spicy Chicken.
The guy at the drive-thru was very friendly, attentive, and took our order quickly and professionally. There was no line, and he let us know it would be about a six-minute wait so the sandwiches could be made fresh, which was totally fine with us.
The food came out perfect — hot, juicy, and fresh. The employee was polite and friendly when he brought the food out to us, and everything about the visit was spot on.
Honestly, this was one of the best visits I’ve had to this Wendy’s in a long time.

Ordered our meals and 2 cheeseburgers with nothing on for my dogs.checked bag had burger wrapped in lettece.took it back then received 2 burgers wrapped in lettece.my dogs don't want lettece.took forever to get our order.wont be back

Food is mostly good, tends to be luk warmish about 30 - 35% of the time. Service is always fast, and crew is nice and attentive the majority of the time. Pan handlers roam about pretty often but mostly keep to thereselves. Establishment is older, and it some what shows. Could use a paint job. Drive-thru experience is on par for the area. All and all a solid 7.5 out of 10. The crew is great a good 95% of the time, and they nail our order with that same 95% accuracy. Needs some updates and a paint job, but other than that, a good Wendy's.
