20$,fir wet,cold soggy Jr bacon czbgr. 27,mn wait..for ,onion rings,ordered..with burger. Also ordered,chix strip..kids meal...meals look real sad....I can't spend my hard working money on , this kinda thing..this order ..I was treating other..folks to a warm meal. I ordered at 507..bag handed to me at 529...3 other,tables..food was delivered. I come from hospitality industry..this hwy robbery!

The food wait is terrible and the place is unsanitary the workers and management are corrupt they are constantly bullying new employees or each other and try to find ways to get people fired that they don't like they are always being vulgar in front of customers there food isn't always fresh they surve food past the throw out time just because it a right to work state they treat employees however they feel like and they don't always clean out the shake machine

I don’t understand how it is possible to make a hamburger as tasteless as this. There was no beef flavor or juiciness, and I might as well have been eating a plant burger.
One compensating aspect was the young man behind the counter, who also eventually served me the food. He was cheerful and upbeat, fairly hard to find in a fast-food restaurant these days.
The fries are also quite good. If they could only come up with a better burger. . .

Last 4 times I've gone they have given me a meal I didn't order. If you like paying about 14 bucks for a mediocor mystary meal this is the place to eat for you.

On my last visit to the Taos location I had a great experience. I didn't have to wait long in line when I walked in. The manager actually helped me with my order. When my spicy chicken sandwich meal came out it was hot and fresh. I fully enjoyed my meal and I have to say, I'm going to go back soon.
Davin was amazing in helping both our boys and girls soccer team and while there a Football team came in and Davin handled everything seamlessly! Great job by all staff! Clean RR and restaurant!

Ordered our food and it was incomplete and done incorrectly but Davin Lee went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience including re making the order. Stress from traveling and incorrect food would have been the worst but Davin showed what Whataburger stands for and mind you we are from Texas.
