They heavy set woman with glasses (I believe she is the store manager) is incompetent and rude. She put my sandwich in the toaster and when I told her I didn’t want it toasted she threw the sandwich to the side and “remade” it on the wrong bread and hardly any meat. Then straight stared at me and asked “what do you want” in regards too condiments and vegetables. She was rude and repeated herself with my boyfriend’s sandwich after mine. She should NOT have a job involving any customer service. Filed a claim with corporate
The women that’s heavy set & wears glasses, IS VERY RUDE. Got rude with me when she missed heard me. And threw my sandwich at me. I will reporting her to corp.
I went to Subway today at 2 and a man was ordering in front of me. He explained what he wanted and when she didn’t do it as he asked and he explained where she went wrong she yelled and said “it’s too late!”. He tried to calmly explain what he wanted and she yelled at him. Then she hastily wrapped up his sandwich and he asked “can’t you please just add salt and pepper?” And she said “ no it’s too late. It’s wrapped.” So he unwrapped the sandwich and asked if she could hand him the salt and he’d do it. So she dumped the salt over the sandwich, ruining it. I walked out. I could not believe how she talked to him and then to ruin his sandwich was insane! She has ONE JOB. Make the sandwich as desired. He wasn’t rude or hateful but wanted it different. She needs to be fired. Especially after seeing how many people are complaining here in the reviews. I will never go here again.
The employee was RUDE when we asked a question about the food, so we left without ordering. When you have a bad day, it's not necessary to share.

Robin manager was rude and rushing customers. Was very snappy at everyone. No customer service skills. We like location because it's near home but from now on will drive extra to different location. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

I placed an order through the mobile app on 10/24/24 around 9:00am. I’m not sure who my Sandwich Artist was but when I got home & unwrapped my B.M.T footlong, it was picture perfect😋

Chloe deserves five stars for her customer service. She was friendly and had a smile the entire time she was helping me and everyone else who came in.
Robin the manager deserves a negative star for her attitude and customer service. With customers ordering their food she was behind the counter complaining about her having to close a store and cut meat and talking bad about employees. When asked for a bag for our salad she was very rude and said this is the only one we have and grabbed the sub bag. My mom said that that wouldn’t fit a salad bowl and she grabbed another one and slammed it on the counter and said it probably won’t fit and walked away.
For a manager she was not leading by example. Then during all of this she was training a new employee. Honestly if that were me and I was being trained by her I would not come back.
Again Chloe was amazing and helped my mom and everyone else who came through that door with kindness and a smile.

I drop in here every now and again hoping it has new owners because it is the only Subway in the area, but I always leave because of how dirty and gross they keep the food and establishment. There's a teenaged boy that works there who is really rude and tells me to leave if I don't like how dirty everything is. I won't spend my money here.

Definitely run by teenagers with boyfriends and friends there. I did show up half our before closing to get my husband lunch and they put almost everything away. I was only able to get a sandwich with brown lettuce and cucumbers and a couple of tomatoes for vegetables. Got a large pop, cookies, and chips and spent about $40. Couldn't say much for the taste of the sandwich. I will give it a try again during the day ?

Kudos to the 2 young men who handled a computer problem while we were there! They made great decisions and took the best action. As the customer in front of us was paying, their computer system froze. They immediately called their resources, took the directed action. The system would not come back up, meanwhile, our sandwiches were made and they called their resource again to advise the system wouldn't come back up and suggested that they let the lady in front of us and our order be graciously free rather than tell us cash only, or go to ATM to get cash, or what a lot of young employees do, just say sorry, we can't do anything. That was the best solution to avoid customer frustration and avoid negative repercussions on the company. Great job to the 2 employees that day, you convinced me that their is still good customer service and intelligent young employees out there!!
