They are alwase under staffing and it creates long waits it is often that this is the case the staff that is there is alwase kind but it's not worth the disfunction of the staffing

I placed my order through the app to save time as I was already running behind and thought subway would be a quick way to eat as I was traveling through. After placing my order it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When it was not ready a few minutes after the time that was stated, I asked why and they said they were making tuna because they were out. They continued to take customers as they came in and wouldn’t even start on any of my sandwiches until there were no customers in the lobby. I had to go get in line with the customers that just kept coming in and demand that she at least make the sandwich that wasn’t tuna so I could please leave. It wouldn’t let me cancel it on the app since I was past the pick up time. This subway stop cost me an hour out of my travels today. I do not recommend ordering through the app if you go to this store as they only take care of the customers walking in.

Thru no fault of the employee, my breakfast sandwich was ice cold. I was the first customer of the day, and two people were waiting behind me so he was instantly busy ..but when I asked for him to re heat it, he didn't check it after it was done..ice cold again, something was probably wrong with the machine...so after a third try he brought it out to me and apologized....so decent customer service but should probably double check it the first time out.... anyway, food was good, service is good.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Placed an online order to save the girl at the counter time and when I arrived at the counter to have her build my order she said I had to go to the end of the line to wait another 30 minutes for my order. Could not wait an hour for my sub and had to get back to work.

Lady at the counter would not service us after waiting and would not give us a refund. This is fraud.

I would like a full refund for my order that I was not able to receive due to the poor customer service at this location

I don't know what changed this year, but they don't put any vegetables on anything anymore if you ask for more vegetables you get attitude. I don't recommend this place. Go to a different Subway location.

I used to really like this location, but they have gone way downhill. I just walked away from the store because the employees were literally having a food fight over my sandwich. Peppers were going into one of the employees hair and then dropping into my sandwich. It was one of the grossest things I’ve ever seen. I am never going back there!

Very disappointed My sandwich was toasted as soon as I ordered it, then sat for 10 minutes to get cold and stale while they made three online orders before finally adding my veggies, which included brown lettuce. This location has definitely gone down hill in the last year. The place is often messy, run inefficiently, and they don’t serve iced tea any more.

Had Matteo make my sub. He was nice, accommodating, and demonstrated impressive work ethic running the shop solo at 16 yrs old. The sandwich was on point. Thanks Matteo! Somebody give the kid a raise!

Rude manager with bad attitude very unprofessional.Customer wanted to add olives and she wrapped sandwich and she crashed out on him he called her the b word when he left no one wants to experience this type of atmosphere during

From the moment I walked into this location at 2:25pm on 6/30/2025, the middle aged women behind the counter was extremely rude for no reason. I have never received such foul service. I tried to brush off her first few rude comments, but she just got meaner and meaner. I left without my sandwiches. She said she was the manager, but I'm not sure that's true. She refused to give me her name or the owner's name. The only recorse I have to make a complaint is here and with corporate online. I've read through other comments on here and it seem like a lot of them are complaining about the same person. I don't understand why this unexpectable behavior has been allowed to continue. I will never go into this location again. I am a small businesses owner and I would want to know if my employees acted so atrociously. I hope the owner is made aware of how their customers are being treated.

Walked in 6-30-25 around 11am and unfortunately a girl with dark hair and glasses was “helping” me and had the worst attitude. It was the worst service I’ve ever received, I did nothing but be polite and was treated like a burden.
