Great place to go after a long day of hunting!!! We ate there here three times on our elk hunt.
It was a really good experience even doe it was a lot of us they served us as fast as they could. Even doe we were all wet cause of the rain they still didn’t mind us going in. 7/13/2025. Food is really good.

High Country Lounge & Grill offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with good food and a beautiful, out-of-the-way location. Guests enjoy the fried mushrooms, okra, and burgers, especially the green chili burger. The staff is super nice, and the place feels like a mountain cabin. It is dog-friendly on the deck, and the drive to the restaurant provides outstanding views. Overall, a great spot for a casual meal.
