Delicious! Coconut chickpea curry, pizza and salad. Delivered to us at the brewery! Thanks, Destiny!
My husband and I wanted to try a new restaurant this was a very bad experience. The food was not quality. The service was very good though. The only thing that tasted well was the pork egg rolls.
I don’t typically write reviews but this place was so lovely. My friend and I enjoyed this eclectic restaurant in this funky little town. I have a modified diet and loved that this restaurant offered me so many options. Thank you for that! Destiny, you were wonderful and thank you for also offering to make me your home style potatoes in coconut oil so I could try them. The tempeh teriyaki bowl was so flavorful and cooked perfectly.
My friend and I ate lunch in this cute, local restaurant. The owner and her staff were lovely and helpful. My friend ordered the teriyaki tempeh, which was delicious. I ordered an egg sandwich which hit the spot. I see some 1 stars here and that is really obnoxious. To be able to order food that suites your dietary needs in a small town and served up by people who are gracious and kind needs to be considered before complaining flat out without communicating with the proprietor. Destiny’s Kitchen and the hard working people who make this place possible deserve the chance to deliver on their promise of delicious food. Try it out, be kind and if your not satisfied, be human and express yourself personally.
We were very excited to try this new local restaurant. We love supporting local businesses. We had dessert first, it was good but felt old. The cups and silverware were dirty. We ordered.....the food came out and was very interesting. I had vegan cauliflower curry........they served it with fried rice. This was not curry, I honestly don't know what it was. It was not good. My husband had Greek salad, it was small and was served with black olives instead of kalamata olives and no Greek dressing. It was served with tzatziki sauce, this sauce was okay, but not traditional flavor. The hummus was very bland and they served it with red onions??? The dolmas had a werid after taste. My son had an omelette, it was good but the potatoes were not good and had no flavor. My other son had gyros, they were dry. Overall, we really wanted to like their food but we will not be going back. Not to mention how expensive this meal was, which would not have been bad if the food was actually good.Update: I am not looking for a refund.
The gyros I bought two months ago was ok. I didn't return until just a week ago and tried Indian style buttery chicken...my God, I couldn't even add spark to it at home with spices and butter, it still tasted like flat paste.y apologies to Destiny, but she needs a smaller more concise menu that has perfection
Came to town to soak in the springs and stay at the Fire Water lodge nearby. We were craving pizza and found this place across the street. Ordered the Deluxe. The crust was cracker crispy around the edges and soft on the interior, similar to our “Minnesota style” pizza crust up north. The toppings were delicious, veggies not over cooked. The beef was loose style, something we also enjoy. Overall a very good pizza. The other menu options sounded delicious, almost overwhelming in choices. The person serving us was delightful and friendly. Will be eating here again on our next trip out.
I eat at Destiny's often and enjoy her variety and fresh food that is unavailable anywhere else in town including Indian, keto and vegetarian options along side regular comfort food (can you say Pizza?).Among my favorites are her Gyros and Turtle Cheesecake (YUM!).My new favorite are her Crispy Buffalo Wings. Just the perfect fry on them and a nice tangy sauce that doesn't burn your face off (although, she can probably make them Hot As Hades if you want. She has a nice Diner for eat-in. She also has local delivery to Downtown Pubs, take-out and even Meal Prep.
We're in the area and as I'm a vegetarian and it is my birthday, we were excited to see the vegan options on the menu. We eagerly ordered it for my birthday dinner. I wish we hadn't. The food is so bland I'm questioning my tastebuds. We ordered the cauliflower curry, the fried rice, tempeh bowl, and the chickpea curry. The only thing that had any flavor was the tempeh bowl. Everything else tasted...like... nothing. $40 dollars later and we're headed up the street so I can have a birthday dinner with some flavor.
The Teriyaki tempeh with peppers and mushrooms was really good. It came with brown rice that was a perfect healthy side. Thanks for a great meal!
