Amazing all around. I had oolong, and it was delicious! Info was very nice, and the atmosphere was lovely. I adored all of the wall murals.

Great little coffee shop. The owner is so friendly! Everything is made to order by one barista. Would really mend trying the mushroom coffee/latte, it’s great! Cool art, comfy places to read, and friendly atmosphere. Great spot!

Owner or worker was very rude. Large 6 foot 3 man foreign accent had him a pretty good attitude first thing in the morning for no reason. They will permanently loose my business and will recommend all I know not to go there. Other place town better coffee and better seevice.

I've only ever been inside of Ingo's cafe one time, within the past month and a half. It's got a welcoming feeling, and the place just feels comfortable.I watched as he prepared and served a couple of espresso drinks for two customers, and it reminded me of my own barista days.. sigh...I didn't order anything because I was actually in search of a venue for a dance event I'd been planning, and I was told that Ingo was the one to talk to about such a thing.I've since been invited by him personally to come over for a coffee, however, I just haven't taken the time to go take him up on his offer yet.As his neighbor now, I have to say that his art cafe is definitely worth checking out!

We stopped in Ingos on April 17, 2021, while we were traveling in our motorhome. My hubby was hesitant when he viewed his espresso machine, but i encouraged him to give it a chance. We loved the owner, the groovy atmosphere, the art & his lattes blew our minds ?☕️ SO yummy. It was such a memorable experience that we STILL tell friends and family about it. We always refer to it as? INGO ??We miss you & hope everyone is doing great!!!

SO FUN, we stopped in on an overnight trip and it happened to be art bop (every second Saturday) and Ingo and Shennoah were so friendly and fun, invited us to their dance party that night. I'd go back just to see them again! Such a friendly place.

Cute hipstery cafe owned by an adorable German dude who has been in NM forever and adopted the town as his own. Had some nice conversations with him while he made me an excellent Turkish coffee. The other beverages my group had were nice too. Recommend stopping by at if you were visiting Truth or Consequences like we did.
Coffee was not the best, but the owner was amazing.

Stumbled across this place after spending the night at a hot springs hotel, and it was wonderful. Great drinks, great owner, and great atmosphere. The turkish coffee was great, but the Ingo Lemonade was *absolutely perfect* for the summer heat.

Cool cafe (with limited hours). Cute eclectic “TorC atmosphere” that vibes with the area and locals. Similar to cafes in the Bay Area, Marfa, and Sedona.

Such a cute little coffee art shop, I love the vibe! Ingo, the owner is a really cool guy that is so interesting to talk to, I feel like I could sit for hours and listen to his life story, lol! The coffee menu is very diverse with different cultures. Can't wait until next summer when I can come back
