Los Arcos Steak & Lobster

Excellent service and a quality meal I was not expecting to find in T or C. Highly recommended!! We had the green chili fettuccine Alfredo,
one with chicken and one with shrimp. Both were wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive. The whole experience just made my day.

We have always enjoyed our dinners here. Steaks have always been good quality, aged well. Sides are great, wine list is very classic California dominate. Definitely check their reserve wine selection as well if you’re buying by the bottle.
The building is so retro and fun, it’s like a true step back in time to an old steak house in a big city.
Nice and accommodating staff as well. Always looking forward to coming back.

Los Arcos is my favorite steakhouse in the U.S. The food, staff, and atmosphere are superb. I love the architecture, too. Definitely worth visiting when in ToC.

The ribeye was quite good but the kabobs were raw inside despite requesting medium for both. The restaurant was very cold when we arrived and none of the staff noticed that nearly everyone had their coats on. They had just opened but the restaurant should plan better for an ideal atmosphere. When you pay $60+ for a single steak, you expect perfection. The owner stopped by the table before the food arrived which made little sense. Sometimes restaurants get in a habit of just doing things the same way. I don't blame the restaurant for the couple that brought two sick kids out to eat, but they did have good manners; I felt sorry for them. It was ok overall, but I expected better for the money; we probably won't return. I tried to be nice with my ratings anyway.

Just incredible, from start to finish. The food was brought out promptly, and was some of the best prime rib I've ever had. Everything was delicious. My server was attentive, and very kind. The owner even stopped by the table to make sure things were up to standard. I would come back to T or C just for this steakhouse. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a dinner here.

I will never be back. Our server was very nice and did her job well, the food however was horrible. Calamari tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil, cocktail sauce tasted like it came from a bottle. Steamed oysters were not good, asked for horseradish and they had none. My ceasar salad was... fine, though the dressing was tasted off. Husband got the prime rib, supposed to be medium rare, it was medium, bland, and tough. We were sat in a corner, could not see anything it was so dark and I kept having to use the flashlight on my phone. Our drinks were good. I would go to McDonald's before I go here again.

If you are anywhere within 30 miles of Truth or Consequences New Mexico, you Must make the trip to Los Arcos! I had no idea what to expect from this tiny town but this place was Incredible! The food was Fantastic, the service was Amazing, the owner himself even greeted us! The dessert! OMG let them talk you into dessert, I recommend the mud pie, it was Phenomenal! Save room, I promise you won't regret it! We live in Texas but we'll Definitely be back, this restaurant is Worth the trip!

We were excited to try them out. Our server seemed to be struggling to check with all of us. The owner came by and grabbed refills and cleaned plates. In our opinion, food is not worth the money. We tried the $58 steak special for an 18 ounce ribeye. Requested it to be medium rare, one side was medium rare and the other side was very rare. Our server took it back to get thrown on the grill. Not too much flavor, which was disappointing.

The atmosphere was quiet and friendly. The menu had great selections of beef and seafood. The food was all perfectly cooked and had great flavor. The service was AMAZING!!! The owner, Bobby, came by and checked on us several times. We'll worth it!
