So I believe in giving a place 3 chances but this place messed all 3 up. First visit my steak was well done not medium rare as requested. Second visit I tried the catfish. I could not believe how blan it tasted. Third visit I was told by other people to sit in the bar area and get appetizers. Well it took 10 minutes to get our glass of wine, then after watching the waiter sit and talk to guests and waiting 30 minutes to try and order my wife and I just stood up and left. This place is the worst place to go for food and service. I prefer the steak house in Elephant Butte above and beyond Los Arcos. I'm sorry to say but I will not be sending my guest there for food.

We ate at Los Arcos last evening 2-23-2024. The food, as always, was excellent, the best in Truth or Consequences. Our server was Marisol, who was so cheerful and attentive. Our usual order is the steak salad for me and the fillet for my husband. Both so delicious and lots of food, with extra to take home! Every time we go to Los Arcos, the owner comes around to talk to the people at each table and make sure everything is OK. He's obviously a wonderful man who cares about his customers. Thank you, Los Arcos, for your excellence!

Honestly NOT worth the money. I ordered the Cajun Catfish. While the catfish was cooked nicely, I don’t even think there was two grains of salt on the thing. There was absolutely no flavor other than well.. fish? For the price, I wish I never even would have ordered it. On the other hand, my husband got the Honey Mustard Chicken. That was also very under seasoned and had LITERALLY 3 lines of mustard across a plain chicken breast. I cannot believe what they are charging for this mediocre food. On top of that, the servers were rude. Overall, I don’t think I would ever recommend this place. At least until they cut their prices in half!

We drive 14 hours one-way every year to soak in the best "healing waters" in the U.S.That said, we might not travel so far if Los Arcos wasn't there. We have been eating there since 2002 and know we will not be disappointed. We highly recommend going on Friday and/or Saturday for their very special "Green Chili Chicken Chowder" and house made tortillas. ? Yummy.Everything on the menu is savory, and the service is what you would expect at a Michelin rated restaurant.

I was in town with family for Christmas vacation. Los Arcos was recommended to us by our hotel. The dinner service was exquisite. From the moment I walked in with the family for dinner I knew it was going to be perfect. I enjoyed the selection on the menu and the prime was perfectly prepared. Our waitress took excellent care of our group and the owner even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our food. I highly recommend them and I will definitely go out of my way to dine here again. Thanks for the great experience.

Absolutely the best steak I have had in years. Prepared to perfection, and I feel it was a larger portion than stated. I also had the soup of the day a green chili chicken that I would have been happy just have the soup.You get what you pay for, so expect to spend a little.
