Very slow service, ignored by several employees while waiting to place my order. Off duty employees or friends wandering in and out of the kitchen area. Got my order to go, the order was incorrect in the bag.

Do yourself a favor and stop elsewhere. After ordering at a kiosk on a calm day, we waited 15m for a regular hamburger, a buffalo chicken wrap (inedible), and cold fries. No griller onions on the burger, overly salted cold fries, and the chicken wrap was cold and gross. Corporate needs to come in and fix this mess. Not that I expect something fancy, but I expect at least a modicum of speed and quality. You have been warned

Didn’t get our fries or our dipping sauce. Employee who answered the phone was rude! Could not drive back that night and she said “what do you want me to do about it?” Made a suggestion for another day and she did not want to help!

Online order with pick up. Tried the new golden deluxe chicken sandwich. Sandwich had a good taste and the lettuce was crisp. My issue is the sandwich had twice as much bread then it did chicken.

They always try to make your meal perfect. And I'm a little crippled can't walk very well when I asked them if they can help me carry my tray or just bring my tray to where I sat down the always say yes and they are so pleasing with me and I feel like I'm right at home I would rather do everything on my own but I can't and I enjoy eating there they just make it so much better

The chicken nuggets were cold. Placing order was a nightmare. No ordering at the counter anymore, ordering at the kiosk is a true nightmare especially when you want to pay cash. Pretty sure I won't be returning to any McDonald's in the near future 😡
