First and foremost absolutely amazing service! I truly appreciate an honest server that directs you down the right path.Our server recommended the pizza and the cheese bread. We also added the butcher block spaghetti which is a total must try!!!! It is fantastic!The pizza crust on the cheese bread was airy and crisp but still moist. Amazing! One of the best pizza crusts I’ve ever had!The Greek pizza and the Marguerite were both amazing selections for toppings. We had the cauliflower crusts on both which is why I compliment the toppings and baking. This is by far the best pizza in sierra county, so I totally understand why the award winning reviews.

We ordered the Greek pizza to go yesterday & it was fabulous! Absolutely one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten! Everything was perfect! We'll be back! Yum!Update 3/30/24: Last night we ordered the White Pizza for the first time & I was amazed at how delicious it was! The creme fraische was so light & tasty! We added black olives & green chili on half & the mix was perfect. It's our goal to try every single different pizza on the menu by the end of the year & I am looking forward to every one!

Tried the white pizza for the first time, usually go for the marguerite, and hoped this wouldn’t be too… white. What a tasty change from the usual. Great balance of cheeses for a cheese-lover’s delight. Paired with the hummus it was so satisfying. I love the quality of the ingredients here, everything fresh and real. Tiramisu too ❤️

I’m on a big road trip and I’m trying a bunch of local spots and was craving pizza and found this place randomly. But I can see why it’s rated so high. I picked up my food maybe 20 minutes late and it was still warm. Even not fresh out the oven this pizza is amazing. The wings are way bigger and tastier than any big chain I’ve had in the years. Plus the ranch was pretty good too lol.
Update:We called and spoke with the owner. They refunded us the full amount. We appreciate their accountability with the situation and updated the service to 5 stars for this.We ordered take out: 2 10" pizzas, one small caesar salad, and 6 bbq wings. The pizzas were inedible, cheese was coagulated, and the crust underneath was still doughy. Pic is of the BBQ chicken pizza; chicken was dry, and the cheese was not good at all. We ordered BBQ wings and got buffalo instead, which is usually too spicy for us. No celery sticks or blue cheese that we asked for. Caesar salad was fine; unfortunately, that was the only thing we ate.

I visited T or C hot springs for my birthday and my friends and I decided to eat here. I had read some great reviews, so I suggested this restaurant . The pizza we ordered was delicious and the service was wonderful. The owner came to our table to greet us and ask how we liked the appetizer we had ordered, hummus dip with pita bread. It was fantastic. I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza with chicken, goat cheese and mozarella. It was one of tastiest pizza I have eaten. Definitely recommend this place if you love pizza or pasta dishes. Their desserts were also scrumptious.

I really enjoyed my food and the service was excellent. It was a Sunday night which this location is open late compared to other places. That meant they were busy. When we arrived the waitress explained she was the only one on duty and that they were out of pizza crusts other than the 10 in cauliflower pizza. No problem. We sat down and looked over the menu. I saw something called butcher block spaghetti so we had to try that as well as a pepperoni pizza. I ordered a small Caesar salad and my wife got the small house salad. Everything was great. Would definitely visit again next time I'm in town.
