Best customer service ever!!! I made a mistake on my end and the manager Marcus made it right for me he doesn’t know how much this means to me and my family!! I don’t know why the low reviews because we frequent T or C pizza hut and they are always on point I appreciate the great customer service thanks so much!!

We ordered a pepperoni pan pizza and they gave us hand tossed instead. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, so we couldn’t pull it apart and it tore. We asked for the wings well done and they were all soggy and under cooked. They did not brings us plates nor offered if we wanted Parmesan or red pepper. I had to go to the counter three times to ask for different things. Waiter never came back to ask if we needed anything or everything was ok.

I ordered online and it said it would be ready to pick up in 20 minutes. I then waited in the store an aditional 30 minutes for my order to be complete. Obviously my pizza and dessert were ready way before my bread sticks, because my breadsticks were piping hot and my pizza and dessert were luke warm @ best. I understand it was a Friday evening and they were busy, but I'd much rather be given a realistic time and wait at home then stand around for 30 minutes after coming in when they said it would be ready.

I took my husband and kids out to eat dinner as a family after a long week. I parked in the middle aisle like always, ever since I was a kid. The lady who sat us down was not as friendly/nice as you should be as someone greeting and sitting guests down. We were looking at the menu when the GM was loud and rude when telling us to move our car out of the spot because they just couldn’t drive their cars behind mine. My car was not blocking anyone in or out, I was not in the driveway. My car was lined up with the rock wall as always. When I walked out there, I could literally drive a dully truck behind my car with someone else parked behind me and have plenty of room. He didn’t approach us correctly or professionally and was not talking to us working eat distance. He was raising his voice across the restaurant. He wanted me to move my car in the front row. So I did, and because of his ignorance, I was now having to park in a spot that was cramped to where I was hanging in the handicapped spot. His drivers were coming into the parking lot way too fast. Then when I got back to the table, he was yelling at an employee about waiting two hours before going on a smoke break, which we could hear really clear across the restaurant. The employee grabbed their things and left because of it. Me husband and I no longer liked the environment of the restaurant. The waitress came to ask what we wanted and I said we were paying for drinks and leaving due to an unfriendly manager, environment and completely unprofessional. She said they redid the parking lot and took out those parking spots. I told her that was unprofessional and rude and I shouldn’t hear someone getting chewed out in the back. I used to be a manager and we were taught how to be professional and the environment was not family friendly. And they should repaint their lot and work on customer service skills. My husband and I decided to take our kids to Sidekixx for dinner instead. Best decision!

Pizza made us sick. When I called to report it, the gentleman I was talking to, was rude and unprofessional. He was shouting at me. My husband was up almost all night throwing up and he had very bad stomach cramps. I got sick to my stomach as well. I hope no one else goes through the same situation.

I picked up a large pizza which was great and two Garden salads which were missing most of their ingredients. All they had in them was lettuce and a little bit of cheese.
