I don’t know if there was a glitch yesterday in the app or whatever, but even my online receipt is incorrect from what I ordered. My actual order was a large with extra sweet marinara, light cheese and onions. I called the store to add more hut seasoning on the breadsticks and it’s like they purposely put as little as they could. I order here every year for 9 years straight, every 6 months or so, and I can’t believe the app and the quality anymore. It was my Thanksgiving dinner by myself.

The booth seats aren't even screwed down. When you look under them it is dirty and gross. And there was a fly flying around trying to land on me and my food constantly. And when I was going to throw away my stuff there was no trash can.

if i could rate this 0 stars i would, Trash service no one acknowledged me and i had placed my mobile order at 8:30 and it’s currently 9:00 and still havent prepped it phone was ringing off the hook and no one seemed like they wanted to be there so unprofessional can’t believe its been like this since i was born here don’t recommend if u like sitting and waiting an hour or so

The wife bought pizza with a credit we had here because of an online order that got messed up last month and my wife used it to get dinner and when she went to pick up order she advised the magnet that the wings were bbq and we ordered buffalo and he rudely said to her that’s how they look and forced her to take the pizza. We already filed a complaint cause this visit was way worse than I’m writing and I think they gave us a pizza??? I don’t want a free pizza. I want the gentleman you have there as a manager who refused to give his name when we called back and also his second in command lady also refused to give us the names, I want them to be held accountable or to be relieved of the job if they don’t want to do their job. I will update my post if they get rid of the guy that works there now. If not and you don’t want your hard earned money to be stolen from you I advise you not to eat at the Pizza Hut here in t or c right now. I already filed a complaint and instead of them telling me they would do something about the manager they gave me another free pizza like that’s gonna fix bad customer service

Horrible. Horrible . HORRIBLE my husband and I were staying at a spa and the only place open was Pizza Hut we hadn’t had it in years ! We ordered this pizza meal with the cheese sticks and sweets . We dint get half of our order when the delivery guy first came then it took him another hour to bring the rest that he forgot . We waited to eat our food cause I was missing my sides and drinks after we finally received our full order it was completely a mess we dint even want to eat it so we dint , we took it to the store they lady who was the manger that night must not have wanted to deal with us because she lied and said we would get credit on our next order cause they don’t do refunds and she scammed us our money was returned our food wasn’t remade . It was a terrible experience and I hope this helps the next couple or family .

Bought two large pizzas, bread sticks and two orders of 24 boneless wings (48) over $80 worth of food and they couldn't even give us a complimentary parmesan cheese, red pepper, marinara sauce or a single ranch packet without separate purchase BUT the attitude from the employee was free..... Plus, my wife isn't impressed with their new parm/pepper containers that the company choose to use. Go back to the packets that they used to throw in the boxes... ??
The pizza was standard pizza hut; my wife wanted to try the fries: it was a small portion for the price, and the flavor was just whelming. However, the place could have used a good cleaning - bathrooms well below par, staffs' uniformes dirty, and the carpet unvaccumed. I know it's T or C, but damn...

I had to downgrade the atmosphere score as apparently the dining room closed at 8 while the posted hours said they closed at 10. We arrived shortly before 8 to dine in. The staff didn't tell us about the early closure yet they ran around, slamming chairs upside down into table tops and vacuuming frantically while we ate. The pizza was delicious but the experience overshadowed it.

Shelby was very unprofessional and willing to go as far as arguing with her own boss to cause drama. I will never come back and would like corporate to resolve this ASAP. This is unacceptable, and no one was apologetic. My mom's birthday was ruined.
