TorC Sonic is steadily declining. Everytime I go there, they can never get the order correct. They either give the wrong thing or leave something out of the bag. There have been several people that have worked there that has shared some not so appealing stories from that place. If there were more fast food restaurant choices in town, I would not go there at all.

our tots and fries were cold and when they took them back to get fresh hot fries and tots it took a real long time to get them back. some of the ordering stalls were out of order and it was really quiet and sorry to say a boring atmosphere.

Although the staff is nice, the quality of the food has recently declined. The burger buns, particularly the top bun, feel as if they’ve just come straight out of the fridge, while the patty seems like it’s been sitting out for too long. Additionally, the fries taste as though they’ve been left out for hours. I’ve also had issues with my orders…. twice, I ordered a bacon garlic burger, and both times they forgot the bacon, which is a key part of the burger. I gave it a second chance hoping they would correct it, but they didn’t. It’s disappointing, and I genuinely hope they improve. There seems to be a need for new management or more oversight, as this isn’t my first negative experience, which is why I finally decided to write this review.

They claimed they didn't have a half price burger Tuesday. They're probably almost for sure pocketing the $. Many such cases. Sad!

Ice cream machine was broken so I ordered a wacky pack, jr burger was dry and made sloppy. Meat was dark and dry.

Such bad service. It's the only place open when I drive by every other week. Slow , wrong orders , missing items. Waited a while and tried again thinking everyone had bad days...have tried it 3 times all 3 times have been so bad.
Updates : still bad. Didn't get kids meal, drink
No condiments, no napkins. Was quick though.

I came at 9:30 was told they didn't have breakfast items due to being understaffed so I ordered their chicken tenders and upon getting home less than 5 min away they taste like they were old/re fried As well as there tator tots. They also don't know how to listen and put together an order correctly.. Absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to do better.

Nicest guy on the planet delivered our food. Had a mustache, tall and skinny, 4:40pm stall #4. That kid deserves all blessings in the world. Thank you brother!!

I ordered a diet ocean water and a regular ocean water. Alexis hands me the drinks and says I'm not sure which one is the diet. I informed her I wouldn't be able to taste the difference and needed to know. She took the drinks back and made new ones. She handed me the new drinks and rolled her eyes at me and and closed the window.

Like this place, but they let it go down hill. It looks trashy, most all the stalls are broken, you can only order off of a few. They really need to work on the outside of the building.

Parking: Make sure the menu works otherwise you are looking for a parking place

Just went threw the drive threw to get dinner. The FEMALE Manger was cusing and calling the employees retards. She should be fired! I had to listen to her and she should not be a leader who ever she is!
