Ordered a 6.00 smasher deal.The window associate charged me for a 10.00 smasher instead.I questioned him about the difference in the prices.He was too busy on his phone to be concerned.Finally the manager (I believe) rectified the error. Got the order and LEFT NO APOLOGY,just a frown.POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS !!!

Do not order door dash from them. Eating here at all you have about 50/50 shot they get your order right but if you order door dash it's guaranteed you'll be missing items or receive the wrong order entirely.

Corporate needs to be called. I waited for over 15 min in the drive through. Only to have someone tell me that other people have been waiting for 30 min. 😂 There were about 7 cars. I am a local, I would definitely suggest not eating here.

Area was clean. The food though…burgers weren’t pink but they were soggy. I felt like I was eating wet burgers.
Customer service was good though.

Sonic is normally great, but last week I ordered a chicken sandwich with no lettuce or mayo, it had both & the chicken was hard as a rock, I threw it away. Yesterday I ordered 2 super sonic bacon cheeseburgers with no lettuce, no mayo & add mustard. They did have no mayo & no lettuce with just a squirt of mustard as ordered. But they also had no onion & no pickles too!!!! Not what I ordered!!! Came home & put my own onion, pickles & more mustard. Not sure what is going on there now but their cook needs to learn how to read & follow instructions or the should get another cook!!! Not happy at this point.

Place is an active dump employees are extremely incompetent and rude. Never get the right order and always rushed if I could give -6 stars I would sonic do better!

Waited 25 minutes for ice cream just to come out and tell me the ice cream had been broken for over an hour. When ordering I asked many questions and ordered three different things. They came out and said that they would try and get me a refund, I’ll know in three days or so.

As a local this sonic gets worse every year. Today I got charged for marinara sauce when I asked for it with my mozzarella sticks? And it’s not even good marinara sauce.

TorC Sonic is steadily declining. Everytime I go there, they can never get the order correct. They either give the wrong thing or leave something out of the bag. There have been several people that have worked there that has shared some not so appealing stories from that place. If there were more fast food restaurant choices in town, I would not go there at all.

our tots and fries were cold and when they took them back to get fresh hot fries and tots it took a real long time to get them back. some of the ordering stalls were out of order and it was really quiet and sorry to say a boring atmosphere.
