I’ve had multiple bad experiences here but I get it mistakes happen. But this last time I went I got two corndogs and they were doughy. I asked to get new ones made and they were doughy again. I talked to a manager asked if I could get a refund or something else and she said I could only get a refund and took my corndogs and threw them away. She came back said she couldn’t find my order and accused me of never ordering in the first place. Pulled up my receipt through the app and she walked away pissed. The manager was very rude instead of understanding my frustration with getting not properly cooked food.

Well, I should have probably read the reviews, but I wanted Sonic, and it did sort of hit the spot. Although man, those $1.99 quarter pound doubles were pretty miniscule. And dry/old seeming burgersyhag were sloppily ensemble too, just like others had said. Also, apparently, adding mayo and onions means not including the ketchup/mustard it normally comes with. At least the L Chili cheese tots were crispy with a good amount of toppings, which was the savings grace.

If your wanting fast-food your better off going to McDonald's. My burger was old and sloppily made. My so called real banana shake was artificial banana flavor not the puraid banana they advertise. The fries must have been brought over on the Mayflower with the pilgrims as old as they tasted. This place has gone so far down the hill I feel like I could get better food from McDonald's.

Got our food and drove 3 blocks back to our hotel room to eat and found we was missing a footlong hotdog and the dipping cheese. Opened up the burger and found it looking like it was made 4 hours ago. The cheddar poppers were over cooked and hard as a rock. We paid $38 for a bunch of crappie looking food and was missing some of it. Called sonic and the manager asked if we just wanted to be put down to get the missing hotdog at a later date or drive back for it. Heck I could have went to McDonald's got the same for less but thought I would try sonic since they have good shakes. Never again will I make that mistake.

Store has improved some. However, due to a communication issue with the app, I got red chilli on my two cheeseburgers, which made me sick cause it was mixed ketchup and mustard. I was expecting Green Chilli.I've now been at the store for 30 minutes and they still haven't brought my remake that I called in twenty minutes before I got here

Not sure what is going on with our sonic but this is the second time I have waited over 45 minutes for 2 hamburgers. My call light has been blinking for over 6 minutes before they answer
I mean it's a sonic. There is currently roadwork in front so it was a little tricky to get in and out. Staff was nice and fast. Food was on par with sonic. Not much more to say. Once the work is done its easy access from the freeway as well. The Chile burger is a staple.

Was looking for something different so went here. They had the drive through blocked, I ordered and waited 30min in one of those stalls. Finally gave up after people that came after me got their food. Drove to the window to confirm I would not be getting my order and the guy completed ignored me so took that as my confirmation. Failed experiment will never go again

It seems that Sonic is getting chintzy on the ice cream toppings. Not much hot fudge on my sundae and not enough candi mix in my sister's Blast. Drinks were good.

Food is just okay. The taste of the food depends on what time of day you get it cause sometimes it tastes like fish. The grease is reused too much apparently.
