I ordered online as a guest and did not get an order confirmation. I was given a pick up time. The $ came out of my bank account. I went to get the sandwich and was told by the clerk,it wasn't showing there. I showed them my bank info where it came out. I was then told I could order again and pay, then try to get a refund. I told the clerk I would Not pay twice for one sandwich. I will make calls and go to my bank for a refund.

I placed an online order and pulled it up to the drive-thru window. The gentlemen working here is a hard worker and does his job well. I highly recommend coming for a quick sandwich. Will be returning!

Waited at the drive through for 30 minutes after being told "we'll be right with you" and there was only 1 other customer inside. Drove off because they didn't even take our order after half an hour. It doesn't take a half hour to make a sandwich, get your stuff together.
