Employee's obviously can't read an order that is on the screen id suggest some reading classes for them and learn to follow how an order is placed.This has happened before and needs to be addressed.

Came in at 9:40 open sign still on door unlocked still within business hours guy was already closing store down told me he had to drive back to el paso pure laziness if your store says open tell 10 you should be open until then lazy lazy lazy!

I ordered online and they kept my food and didn’t return my money. Tried calling them got hanged up more than 10 times. Spoke with manager Anthony and he hanged up on me too. Won’t be ordering from them again.

It's a nice and small eating space, the food is good, the employees are friendly and the combos are pretty pricey but still are worth it. Cleanliness is not good as there are spill next to the soda machine and messy around but I'm sure they clean well. And they have a wide variety of food choices.

Staff is consistently rude today I was the only person in the store and I stood there without being helped for 15 minutes I wasn’t even greeted, other times I’ve been in the store have been very unpleasant rude manager as well…

Workers are helpful and pleasant. The food is typical subway fare. Subway now puts CHEDDAR CHEESE on the little pizzas! But the place is dirty. The ladies room has a broken soap dispenser and no towels. There was a man vacuuming the computer with food uncovered. He was wearing a dirty white cowboy hat. Lost my appetite.
I ordered online as a guest and did not get an order confirmation. I was given a pick up time. The $ came out of my bank account. I went to get the sandwich and was told by the clerk,it wasn't showing there. I showed them my bank info where it came out. I was then told I could order again and pay, then try to get a refund. I told the clerk I would Not pay twice for one sandwich. I will make calls and go to my bank for a refund.

I placed an online order and pulled it up to the drive-thru window. The gentlemen working here is a hard worker and does his job well. I highly recommend coming for a quick sandwich. Will be returning!
