I like how the business will mix it up sometimes while keeping their signature dishes. I didn't have it but the biscuits and gravy are some of the best in town. My mom craves it regularly. It uses turkey instead of pork so it's lower in fat and Muslim friendly I believe. Keep in mind the food isn't salted that much because many people in the community are low sodium and the chef is very understanding of and accommodating of dietary restrictions. The patio is cute and friendly. You order at the counter and the bring it to you. Delicious fresh food with healthy options. Fairly quick to receive food, staff is so nice. The menu does change frequently.
