Food is good but parking that they make you go to for drive thru orders There is not enough room for trucks to properly Get in and back out.

Sandwich toppings were sparce. They are cutting their tomatoes and onions paper thin so you get just a hint of food. If that is what you need to turn a profit, give up. I will never pay money to eat here again.

The new steak bits were horrible if you like steak. Overcooked and offered a too-sweet sauce to to cover them. You have to oick and choose at Arby's.

I'm driving from Oklahoma to California we stopped at this New Mexico Arby's off of I-40. My brother went into order and order me a double stacker Arby's sandwich with cheddar cheese had some sweet style bbq that was on it which I did not know included on my sandwich I explained to the cashier and the lead that I did not want that sauce on it. Deleted that they would start making a new sandwich when the assistant manager Beverly came to assist me on my order she made sure that not only did they replace my sandwich the way that I wanted it, but it was very well prepared. Beverly was very personable and very friendly. That's great customer service! ☺️

Tried to give drive throu employee, Jared, my order but issues where I could not hear him. I asked politely to go to window and his response was to yell at me. This is unacceptable. So, I went in to talk to a manager, but before I could speak to a manager, he started yelling at me again. Yes, I told him to shut his mouth. He is very disrespectful and unprofessional. He definitely needs to be fired because this is the 5th time he has been rude to me before. Managers need to do something or they too need to step down from their position and replace by people better.

Love Arby's just wish I could use cupons but not allowed for Arby's that are located inside of a business like a truck stop as ours is. Cant use their app unless its used for a stand alone store. Their fish sandwiches are the best but only available seasonally. Very polite employees at our tucumcari store.

Manager was sitting in the lobby socializing with another manager and hollering at the employees from across the lobby about cleaning and about someone wearing an ear piece but as the manager u should be more professional then that. Also as a manager that’s lazy. Get up and do your job. Your job is not to yell from the other side of the lobby it’s disturbing to the customers. Couldn’t enjoy my food busy the hollering was disturbing for me… show by example. Get off your butt and work. Most people don’t become a manager by sitting around FYI…

One of the worst arbys I have been to food was moderate at best. Every employee there including the manager looked like they hate their job.. the young man at the register was incredibly rude to the person who ordered after me all because of a language barrier.

Roast beef sandwich was cold, I expected it to be hot. Fast service, maybe because it was made so far ahead of time and sat around. I'm disappointed to say the least. Cashier was friendly but it was not advertised as a cold roast beef sandwich.

I wrote a negative review regarding my cold roast beef sandwich. I decided to tell the friendly cashier. She apologized and corrected the problem. I'm sure she will make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. I will try Arby's again, mistakes do happen. I didn't want to leave without bringing it to their attention.

When I went to the counter to order a hamburger, the young man with blonde hair and glasses at the register was speaking rudely and using profanity toward a customer. It is unacceptable to talk to a customer like that. I couldn’t enjoy my meal at all. The management needs to address this employee’s behavior immediately.
