This is a must stop on Route 66! Michael and his crew are super friendly and do a great job with delicious foods and baked goods . Be sure to take the time to check out all they have to offer.
We were heading back from Michigan and Tucumcari was one of our overnight stops. We headed here before our last leg home. We were pleasantly surprised with a kind and cordial welcome from Michael. There were many options available including gluten-free. Human grade dog treats were also available for purchase. By far this was the best coffee we had on our entire trip which commenced nearly two weeks prior. If we ever pass through here again, we'd surely stop in!

The man who runs this place is a true gem, and the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. I had the breakfast sandwich and an espresso, both were decent. Good place to stop to do computer work.

Upon walking inside we were warmly greeted. This cute coffee shop has a large selection of baked goods and coffee. The chocolate coffee and cream cheese croissant was my favorite! In addition to, there are fun gifts for purchase. Dogs are also welcome!

My mom and I stopped here while passing through to AZ and we loved it! The cafe is so cute and the breakfast burritos were delicious! My favorite was the Cafe Azteca coffee. I was able to buy a bag of the coffee and the Azteca mix so I can make it at home now. Absolutely recommend stopping here!

If you’re looking for good coffee and food with a fun, friendly atmosphere, this place will check those boxes. It’s got a small town feel with dietary needs taken into consideration.
Tucumcari was our stop for a night on a long road trip. We were happy to find Carlson Coffee Company/Bakery and even picked up some gluten free cookies for the journey. It will definitely be our coffee stop in the future.
Give their Chocolate Pinon coffee a try. Delicious!

Cute little shop. The latte I had was great. I did see they had GF options. The options were packed in individual packaging or sitting away from the other baked goods.
