Food was horrible. Bathrooms were disgusting. Beans were expired and they had the audacity to still charge me for the plate like how am I’m suppose to taste it. Never came to apologized about the plate, all they did was just take it. Inside of the restaurant is very dirty and old. Buns looked so dry. And this restaurant is located in New MEXICO. Cmon now. I wish I could give 0 stars
DO NOT COME HERE!! Nothing about their food is authentic. The most disgusting Mexican food I’ve ever tasted. $60 down the drain.
Best Mexican food we have had one or entire trip through New Mexico. If you are passing through, great place to stop for lunch or dinner.
1.30 in the afternoon sign says open door is locked people staring at us did not even have the courtesy to come to the door and say anything. I guess they close earlier than advertised. Would not answer the phone. I would not leave I 40 for the hit and miss chance of eating here. Ug
Worth looking for when heading through Tucumcari. Just a little spot in "downtown". Good meal served by nice people.
This small out of the beat’en path is fantastic. Great authentic southwest Mexican food cooked by the owner herself. One of the best we have had. Downtown Tucumcari near the very nice and informative railroad museums. Take the time to visit both. Thank you for the great lunch.
Food was authentic and very good. Plate size and create-your-own options. Tamales were the best: spicy pork and fresh cornmeal. Food was delivered quickly and hot.
Delicious authentic Mexican food, comfortable atmosphere! Sweet staff will return!
Christian owned and yummy filling food! I got the breakfast burrito ?, it was HUGE and the bacon was exactly how I requested, crispy. Delicious! The salsas are but so tasty I kept attempting to eat it ?. My husband poured it on his food and handled the heat but I had to drink milk to bear it. With or without the tasty salsas, the food is so good. Hope to stop here again when we return out west. You will not leave hungry, but you will leave wanting to return for your next meal. she cooks like she is cooking for her best guest. She treated us like family and we’d just met, very hospitable! Plus beautiful murals and clean bathrooms. We had no problem parking, just park on the street right outside the door. Tell her the Lozas say Hola y Dios les bendiga!!!!
Tamales, rice and beans were incredible!Best lunch in New Mexico! We will be back next week on our way through.County Road

"Pancita llena, corazón contento!"The food was absolutely delicious. It's worth driving 2 minutes past all of the fast food by the interstate to get the best in town! The food was hot and ready super quickly, too. I recommend the 4-way combo plate. Muy fuerte!
I stumbled across this restaurant last April on my way back up north. I'm on my way back down to Arizona and going to try to make it there at 8:00 a.m. for probably one of the best breakfasts I've ever had!
This restaurant is now closed. There is another restaurant in that location. We chose another location because there wasn’t any review for that location and we weren’t feeling adventurous.
One of the greatest places to eat in the world. Friendly family and phenomenal food. Highly recommend if you are ever in the area.
Good food, nice atmosphere and clean restrooms. I will be back for sure.
