Big nosed lady in the back with the loud voice Anastasia was rude as hell and tried to finesse my family out of our full meal. The boy on shift who made our food was very helpful and respectful. The woman continued to speak disrespectful behind the counter. -10 out of 10 for me.

Cashier was cool, our potatoes for our tacos were soooo fresh and good. They let us know it was gonna be a couple minutes for the fresh potatoes, I’ll take that any day than waiting for hard potato tacos! Service was great, even checked if we needed anything while we chilled and ate. 10/10 ‼️

They were pretty low stocked when I visited but the guy running drive through was pretty good at listing off what they were out of stock on before ordering. Only hiccup was that when I asked for a beef quesadilla, he didn't realize I was talking about the type of meat. He said they didn't have beef they had steak, as if steak isn't a type of beef meat. Oh well! Technicalities. I'm sure it was more to make sure I knew they didn't do ground beef as a quesadilla.
I'd visit again though. It was hot and fresh. Hopefully they'll be better stocked on the next pass through.

This place has gone so downhill. It's disgusting. I've gotten food poisoning from this place twice in the past year and a half. Random pieces of whatever mixed into the food, dry clumpy nacho cheese, hard tortillas, dry beans, quesadillas barely cut, items replaced or missing without telling you because they're out of something, chips stale or taste like old oil, same with cinnamon twists. I could honestly go on and on. I have so many pictures of how disgusting this place has gotten. I stopped eating here for the most part because consecutively orders were either wrong or so poorly made that I end up throwing half of it away from getting the ick halfway through. I don't even trust remakes at this point.
All of our tacos were so soggy the bottoms fell out. We ate them immediately, so they didn’t sit around long enough to get soggy. The self serve kiosk was glitching and no one came to the register to take our order… so we did our best with the flickering kiosk.

I am working from out of town in Montoya . This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been in there is no service to rate that is why when you go there no one is in it . The burrito supreme was the smallest I’ve ever seen . The cashier is rude and sometimes you go in there and it’s like no one works there you will not stand at the counter for 10 min tilll you see some one . The company that I work for we build McDonald’s , Taco Bell , Whataburger , pizza huts . I have never seen such a poorly ran franchise .
