There lobby closes at 9:30, but I still was able to walked in and start my order through the kiosk, half way through the order, the manager tells me there lobby is closed and I'm more than welcome to come use the drive through.. I parked next door in a semi truck and walked over.. since covid happened, fast food places close their dining room out of pure laziness for fewer orders..

Rude staff! Noted in MULTIPLE reviews you'll see here.... those reviews were right on point. Worst Taco Bell experience ever and very poor staff. I ordered guacamole and had paid for it on the app, they were out and asked if they could do something else instead as I already paid for it. I told them please just make one of my soft tacos a supreme soft taco. They wouldn't do it for me because "it was too much of a price difference"...really you are going to hassle me over some sour cream, and tomatoes in a single soft taco? I asked for the managers name on duty, and the women working the drive-thru rudely refused to give me the name of the manager. They treated me very rudely and wouldn't rectify a simple situation that could have easily been solved. They wouldn't give me the name of the manager so I could report them. I would fire the current manager and the rude young woman that was working the drive-thru. I will NEVER go back here, terrible staff who view the customers as nussences and have zero people skills.

Heuristic ALgorithm
They tried giving me a dirty cup twice, stating 'it's only water ', which it was not. It was soda. The female employee actually began pitching a fit behind the counter during her attempt to find a clean cup.
All the take tops were dirty and sticky as well.
Then I had to ask for a bag for my togo order 4 times before I finally got it.
After arriving home, I also discovered that they messed up my order.
No apology of any kind from them.
Horrible taco bell location. I'm never going back to this filthy location.
They don’t check their mobile orders … mine didn’t even enter the queue until after I arrived 15 minutes after my order. And while I requested 8 packets of mild sauce, they delivered my order with none … when I returned, they informed me they were OUT of mild sauce??!!

The workers were very rude and had seemed that they had a bad attitude. I had a 2 of my buddies waiting for there food for 45+mins which is ridiculous. They asked where their food was. (They were just standing around and cooking except the male worker who was kind and patient.) We stopped for lunch after leaving a church camp in Glorieta were we enjoyed to serve our Lord. But there is people like them that make you question the humanity and the poor treatment people can show.The good wasn't good, The service was horrible and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy and the atmosphere was not pleasing to be in.

I rate this a 3 star, it is only because the lady at the front desk was complete rude, i was with my mom we order our food obviously, and this person who rang us up started yelling shortly after we got our food, she yelled “How do people keep on getting into MY lobby.” and they didn’t add much stuff to our food, would not recommend unless you were completely dying of starvation.

The sodas we received were flat without warning. They forgot the straws and assorted silverware and no napkins. They also forgot several actual food items. The lady was rude aswell. Eat somewhere else in the area don’t come here.
