I stumbled upon this food truck by chance, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I took a bite of their chorizo burrito, I knew I’d found something special. Forget Wendy’s, forget IHOP — this place blows them both out of the water.

The burrito is loaded with perfectly seasoned chorizo, fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and just the right amount of spice. Everything tastes fresh and made with care — you can tell they’re not cutting corners. Even the tortilla was toasted just right, giving it that perfect crunch on the outside and softness on the inside.

Service is quick and friendly, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you get. This isn’t just good “for a food truck” — it’s genuinely some of the best breakfast food I’ve had anywhere.

First food truck I've seen where you can order eggs over medium instead of scrambled and wow it's MAGIC. These burritos taste so good. If you live nearby or even if you're visiting I can not recommend this place enough.
