WOW! Why pressure a customer to complete the survey right there? Shouldn’t customers be allowed to complete the survey on their own time, when they get home? Asking repeatedly after the customer has already explained the situation comes across as very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Customers should be given the choice to complete the survey whenever it is convenient for them.“
