There was 3 younger people working when I went in to get a cake. I waited forever for one of them to wait on me, there was no other person in line… I asked for the cake to be written on “Happy Birthday Arnie” with a blue heart. The only thing right was the blue heart. The young girl who wrote on it ask the other girl to “come see this cake haha” & then neither of them would bring it out. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant to date and not only once but 3 different times. THREE FRIGGIN TIMES…
I love dairy Queen so I keep going back like an idiot but the staff and management there are untrained, extremely unprofessional and weirdly unaccommodating. They just make up rules that make no sense and it’s different rules depending on who’s working. 100000% do not recommend this place in its current state.
