Hailey our waitress was beyond helpful and friendly. They assured our birthday girl had a great meal.Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility is good and the staff open to adjusting seating to assure everyone is comfortable.
Sat quickly, ordered in good time. Food took soooooo long! Calamari was burnt and taested of old oil. Chewy and hard at the same time!We waited a long time for our entree and it was just ok. Sauce was a flavorless white sauce . Tails were on the shrimp. Overall I wouldn’t dine here again.Nerer once did they take the dirstly plates off the table and the table was full of empty plates as seen in the picture.

unfortunately I went to frank and Gino's last night ( Feb 1st) and I will not be back again.
Order 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals and costed over $100 bucks.
The 2 burgers ( one was a kids meals and the other burger was an adult meal) we had was burnt and hard, the chicken nuggets was tasteless, the burger platter we got for the adult meal had like maybe 12 fries.
The portions are very small and didn't taste very great.

Sauce on the lasagna was a bit overly sweetened and the chicken broccoli was overshadowed by too many peppers (although i do like peppers)

The restaurant is fairly clean and tidyLacks enough seating if busyFood is decent sized portions and great tasteThe waitresses are polite and attentiveMy only real gripe is their prices have risen dramatically in the last yearAlso noticed their half and full sized portions have recently decreased a bit in sizeStill a great place to dine in Amherst just be prepared to dip into your wallet a little more

Today we were served after 2 tables that arrived after us. The 18.99 nachos looked exactly like the 8.29 kid nachos and were very overdone. The only thing hot on my meal was the plate. Disappointed today. Usually good food there. The one pasta meal came

I don't think I've had a bad meal here yet! I love their Spaghetti and Meatball, their pricing is fair value and staff is friendly. I enjoy every visitParking: If it's busy it can be difficult to find spacing. But it's not a deterrent to not go.Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu is small and simple and staff seem to be great with children.
