Ordered through DoorDash because I was craving a club sandwich. Their club was advertised as, “a traditional triple decker on toasted white bread…” It was a hard kind of bread, and not a triple decker. Definitely not “a traditional” club sandwich. And it was $18.99! (With plain white rice although the picture shows vegetables in it). Not worth the $20!
Spent 117.00 on an order with door dash delivery. Called restaurant to make sure condiments and ketchup was going to be in order as we are at a hotel. She assured me, order was delivered with nothing. unfortunately I went to frank and Gino's last night ( Feb 1st) and I will not be back again.
Order 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals and costed over $100 bucks.
The 2 burgers ( one was a kids meals and the other burger was an adult meal) we had was burnt and hard, the chicken nuggets was tasteless, the burger platter we got for the adult meal had like maybe 12 fries.
The portions are very small and didn't taste very great.
Very disappointed
