I went today 29th of october around 7pm to pick up my order which i placed through kfc app. Firstly when i entered, an old lady was mopping the dining area floor asked me are you here to pickup for doordash or uber eats which felt racist to me but still ok but then I said i am here to pickup app order for myself which she reacted weird. Then she went inside to confirm my order and came outside and started mopping the floor again. Meanwhile a guy came from inside as he thought i came to order walk-in and the time he was in a conversation with me, the lady said he is here to pickup order which he placed through app and said COOL EH’ to her co-worker. Like what’s cool in that, i felt so bad about that racist comment. Later she started making fun of me with a dine-in customer like seriously are the people of my race and colour are only meant to do delivery pickups from you guys. I am a regular customer at this particular kfc but from now you lost me as a customer.

Not sure what or if any culinary school they went to, but the need to be able to tell the difference between a coleslaw and a macaroni salad, always disappointed, never going back lol

Came to KFC for lunch. Ordered two combos with a poutine and a drink. The guy who rung our order in, did get wrong. So we get 1 combo correctly. And just one poutine. We told him he made a mistake. He started getting upset. The lady that took our order, told him what we ordered. He tried to send us away without the drink twice and we refused. So he poured a drink, charged me for it, just regular price not combo price and it was almost half empty. Not sure where this guy learned customer service from but he acts like it was coming out if his pay. I will never go there again. You make a mistake, you ate supoose to come clean for it, not me. Totally disappointing.

My friends and I were 4 hours into an 18 hour drive back home and thought hmmmm this is a good time to get KFC, sounds pretty good. When we were ordering, we realized this was a huge mistake. The ordering process was dreadful to say the least and I feel like I’ve lost what was left of my brain cells. First off, when ordering a Famous Original Chicken sandwich, make sure you actually get charged for that. We got charged for their Pickle Sandwich and then when we brought it up to the cashier after paying and looking at our receipt, her only resolution was switching it sandwich for sandwich, no difference in cost adjustment. Mmm ok. After waiting what seemed like an eon, we got our $90 chicken order and since we had waited so long, you would figure they were trying their hardest to ensure our order was correct, clearly not. We asked if the large fry was in the bag since the bag was small and was ensured it was. That was our first mistake. After having to reverse a 50ft truck and trailer onto the main road and stopping all traffic due to their parking for smart cars only we began our journey. Upon opening the bags our LARGE french fry has magically down sized to a small and what should have been two sweet succulent popcorn chicken poutines, the one was nothing but a chickenless sad mess, and we only got 1 fork. If you expect us to eat with our hands, at least give us some damn napkins. The highway is now painted with cold fries and watery gravy and now me and my buddy have TWO pissed off girlfriends for the next 14 hours, thanks a lot KFC.

I went to KFC around 11:15 AM and waited for 15 minutes, but nobody came to the counter. I even said “excuse me” 4–5 times, but the staff were in the back kitchen blasting loud music and completely ignoring customers. What a total disappointment—I left without getting anything. Very unprofessional service!

Food was slow even with nobody there. Had to go back because order was wrong. Food was cold.
Will never buy from here again , waited a crazy amount of time in line and chicken was super greasy and meal just looked messy.
Better off going down the street to superstore, way better chicken and dont gotta wait forever for a meal.

I am so disappointed to write this In past years I was disappointed with the food but had an opportunity to try it since new owners and I was so pleased. Today a friend and I went thru drive thru, placed our orders- nothing complicated ) We paid, recd our beverage and waited several mins. Eventually we were asked to pull to the parking lot and someone would bring it out The Amherst parking lot is very small and it ment we had to back out thru traffic and angle our way in. I did- and waited-10 mins… went in and told the clerk I’m waiting for our order/ waited another 10 mins. Eventually brought the bag out and said- “Here it is”. I asked if it was both and got a “Yes”. No thanks for waiting. No sorry - nada Drive thru meals should be a convenience Sadly too, I saw on the window a sign that said if I had ordered on line I would have gotten 2 of the boxed meals….so unfair to customers who take time, effort & has to patronize your business So. Thumbs down for the experience Food was good. Delivery sucked.
