Will never buy from here again , waited a crazy amount of time in line and chicken was super greasy and meal just looked messy.
Better off going down the street to superstore, way better chicken and dont gotta wait forever for a meal.

I am so disappointed to write this In past years I was disappointed with the food but had an opportunity to try it since new owners and I was so pleased. Today a friend and I went thru drive thru, placed our orders- nothing complicated ) We paid, recd our beverage and waited several mins. Eventually we were asked to pull to the parking lot and someone would bring it out The Amherst parking lot is very small and it ment we had to back out thru traffic and angle our way in. I did- and waited-10 mins… went in and told the clerk I’m waiting for our order/ waited another 10 mins. Eventually brought the bag out and said- “Here it is”. I asked if it was both and got a “Yes”. No thanks for waiting. No sorry - nada Drive thru meals should be a convenience Sadly too, I saw on the window a sign that said if I had ordered on line I would have gotten 2 of the boxed meals….so unfair to customers who take time, effort & has to patronize your business So. Thumbs down for the experience Food was good. Delivery sucked.

Last week I ordered 2, 4 piece chicken meal and it was so disgusting I could not eat it. It was so so salty and fatty ,overcooked and there was barley any chicken. So I called ro talk to manager and the young man said he would call me within 24 hours. We'll 44 hours went by and no call. So I went back in person and explained to the cook and the young lady at the front. The cook said they were supposed to throw all the batch out that was that day and they did not. So I was told when I wanted to try again with no charge I could do so. So tonight I went down to get it again and it was not salty. Bonus. However there was so much fat bone and grissle that I still had hardly and chicken. I tried to post a Pic of what I had to throw out but could not. I will never purchase kfc from this establishment in ahmerst ever again. I would rate it 1 out of 10. The fries and gravy were the only items that I could eat. So before u take it from there check it before you leave.

A friend told me about the KFC plant based option so I thought I'd try it out. If once upon a time you ate meat and KFC you'll be pleased that the plant based option is a pretty good knock off of the chicken sandwich. Seems to still have all 11 herbs and spices. Presentation was lacking but what else is new in the fast food world? The fries were not good, they were cold. I ordered online in the hopes I could pick it up quickly, I probably gave them a 5 minute head start and I still had to wait another 5-10 minutes once I arrived. Anyway, if you are looking for a plant based fast food option, I would recommend the KFC plant based sandwich, it's actually pretty good. Order online about 20 minutes before you want it because it seems to take awhile to get these veggie patties fried to perfection.
Vegetarian options: They have A vegetarian option, the plant based sandwich is actually a pretty good mock up of the original chicken sandwich. If you once liked meat and KFC products you'll probably enjoy this sandwich.

Used to be one of the best KFCs for Fried chicken. Used serve super crispy great tasting fried chicken. But since AUGUST 2024, man…. They get free supply of salt and soggy dips. Come on!!! Serve with less salt and save money, that can be a good business case

Absolutely rude customer service here. I've never seen fast food workers come out from the back and get right in someone's face over the littlest thing like a bit of garbage spilling on the floor. And they are constantly kicking people out for no reason. They are confrontational and always looing for reasons not to serve. The franchise owner needs to fire the staff here and rehire new people because its killing his buisness.

A friend of mine, often ate here weekly, was just barred from the restaurant because he brought in a foldable Electric scooter. It's a very small scooter, and he had no problems in the past bringing it in. Only recently just now did they chastise them for attempting to bring the scooter in. The staff here are very rude and lazy and only don't want the scooter brought in because they don't want to have to clean up other people's mess are you saying that this restaurant prefers to stay dirty because the staff refused to clean it? Either way this is not a good KFC to go to with rude staff and a dirty restaurant I recommend staying away from it at all costs until it is Under New Management and cleaned up.
Worst place to go in Amherst. Kitchen is so dirty. Not at all recommended 🤮🤢

I order from drive thru there was lady rachi or arachi may be and she told us to wait for order after 10 minutes waiting and when she was giving us order and talked with us very rude way which was not acceptable in customer service it was horrible
