The employees at night of the Nov 6 past 9.
The Indian ladies at the window & at work are extremely rude & show so much attitude especially the lady that gave us our food. Would appreciate if you guys hired more competent employees.

Food was OK, regular Tim Hortons, but the staff were extremely hard to understand. It was busy but there was total chaos in ordering and then trying to find where to receive your food. Myself and two other customers were totally confused and not sure whose order was whose. Also as a totally reoccurring theme with Tim's Hortons is their bathroom was disgusting. If that's how they allow their customers to see their business I can't imagine the kitchen where the customers don't see.

Waiting in line for almost 15 mins for a coffee, while yhe drive-thru is moving just fine. One cash register is crazy for morning rush, get your things in order. Ridiculous.

Excellent food Awful service! Would not accept rolled change in the drive thru. Debated on unrolling the change and handing it to the lady, would she accept my money then? Tim’s will not accept rolled change, but instead would rather sit and count 100 nickels I hand over in a pile.

food quality is hit or miss, staff can be very rude at times.
long wait for mediocre food at a price that should include table service

Parking: parking is a free for all, it's like an episode of Whose Line is it Anyway where the spots are made up and the lines don't matter. There is always someone parked right next to the drive thru line in an imaginary spot blocking the view of people crossing to get into the store at what should be a crosswalk (I guess it would cost money to paint lines to keep people safe). Handicapped parking is a joke as it is shoved in between the Tims and Wendys Drive thrus.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is a joke as it is shoved in between the Tims and Wendys Drive thrus. Altho there is access

Im not sure if it's the new ownership or what. It seems less welcoming then it used to be. Nobody smiles at you and it makes you feel inconvenient even though you are a customer. Smiles back and forth between themselves but i don't feel welcome when i go in anymore. There is also no arrows on the ground so nobody knows where the line starts or ends inside. Tims needs some work.

The cashier told us that there was no iced capp available due to a machine malfunction. However, after we finished ordering and sat down, we saw a lady at the next table order an iced capp. Later, other customers also ordered it. I don’t understand why we couldn't order it.
