Service has gone out the window. More than once Ive placed mobile orders and the kitchen has always been quick to make it, but the staff working the front take 10 and 15 minutes to move the food from the island to the tray. Cold food just gets microwaved in the wrappers and it just ruins the whole experience that Im paying for. The negative highlights were short tempers, eye rolling, cold food, short staffed, and not washing hands after cleaning the floors, washing on top of tables and under them, changing garbage, then taking orders and serving food.

If you like fastfood with a twist, this is where to go! I ordered Chicken Fingers and loaded baked potato plus a Baconator with a cup of chili soup. Raspberry frostee for dessert! So filling! the staff here are very friendly too!

Worst experience in my lyf i ordered wraps combo and the wrap was really bad the cheese was not mealted no sauce inside and the chicken was look like a stones . I have to garbage my all food . Bad experience . Its better to go tim hortons.
I love Wendy's. This particular location had the best apple, pecan, chicken salad. My husband loved his burger and baked potatoe. Served immediately by lovely, young woman.

Everytime I order there is something missing. Today there was no dipping sauce and the nuggets were so cold and shrivelled up they were inedible.

This place not ok. It's busy, but the soda machine is out of everything except diet coke. Staff was able to give us something else from the drive through, but we are here at 3 in the afternoon. Seems odd that everything is out.
