Everytime I order there is something missing. Today there was no dipping sauce and the nuggets were so cold and shrivelled up they were inedible.

This place not ok. It's busy, but the soda machine is out of everything except diet coke. Staff was able to give us something else from the drive through, but we are here at 3 in the afternoon. Seems odd that everything is out.

Today in the drive through we were asked to “pull ahead while they cooked fresh fries”. After sitting for 25 minutes and watching 8 cars pass us I went inside, where I watched the staff take our cold burgers out of the bag, REWRAP them in new foil, put them back in the bag while saying to the other worker that we had been waiting “over 27 minutes”. I was not offered replacement food or anything, and did not have time to wait any longer as my child was in the car and I was suffering from illness. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received!
We stopped for lunch, the Service came with a smile and a "Happy Dance"!! Great fun!! And as it so happened, we ended back there for supper! It was extremely busy! (out of the ordinary at 8 PM, I think it had something to do with the eclipse!) The people behind the counter did a great job!
