Food was very tasty
We placed an order ahead of time and then when we showed up had to wait an hour for our food. We called the day before saying when we needed to pick up food for an event. Unacceptable. People working were rude and did not offer anything given the insane wait time. The food was not great either. Would not recommend to anyone.
Amazing food and amazing service
Pretty good!
Excellent food, and they answer the phone! Tried this place when I could not get an order in at other spot. I was pleased to discover that the food here is great. It's my new go-to spot in Amherst for Chinese food.
When I am in town I always make sure to order from here as the food is always absolutely fresh and delicious. There is dine in seating or take out whichever you prefer with wheelchair accessible entrance and free parking. Staff is very friendly and efficient, with minimal wait times. Calling ahead for pick up is an excellent ? option if you don't want to wait .

Nice little place to eat
Was my first time eating here.
Staff was really nice..
Dine in or takeout available. My fiancé and I decided to eat in. Friendly staff. Terrible food !!!! We both ordered combo dishes. Washroom was filthy. Food was prepared before we arrived and reheated, unevenly I might add. Chow mein was sickeningly sweet with sugar crystals undissolved on my plate, chicken fried rice was flavourless and had a plastic texture. - we will not be returning to Woo’s restaurant .

Restaurantji Recommends
The chow main didn't have any noodles, it was just soggy bean sprouts. The spring rolls are stuffed with ground beef with barely any seasoning. We stopped here to grab dinner on a road trip and I wasn't expecting anything amazing but the food was beyond terrible.

Nice reception from staff and good meal
Ordered from Woo's for first time today. Overall food was pretty good. Only complaint would be the egg rolls. Very little filling in each egg roll. Like I mean very little. 1.90 each. I don't think they are worth .50 cents
Always delicious!
