Friendly staff, best chow mein and fried rice I’ve ever had. However, chicken balls and spare ribs were a bit bland..

The food has been very hit and miss lately. The last combo had what seemed like an undercooked cold egg roll, greasy and soggy chow mein with greasy rice overdone in soy sauce. It wasn't very enjoyable at all and I didn't feel like eating it. The combo before that wasn't much better but I thought I would try it again. The next time I feel like chinese food I will probably go somewhere else.

Had a very nice experience at woo's kitchen. There were 5 of us - my husband, my 2 daughters, and the boyfriend of my oldest daughter. We walked in. The waitress came right out, got us seated at a table of 5 and served us. She was efficient, polite and very accommodating. We decided for a meal for 5 people. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. My family and I all agreed we would go back to woo's restaurant again sometime soon. Ruth

best Chinese food. live in the city but would rather have woos than any I've tried here. beef n broccoli, egg rolls, chow mein... its all so good
We ended up with a severe case of diarrhea after eating the house fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls and won ton soup. I was looking for a washroom at Tim's or gas station, almost immediately after we left Woo's. OMG, what a waste of money and body fluid.

We placed an order ahead of time and then when we showed up had to wait an hour for our food. We called the day before saying when we needed to pick up food for an event. Unacceptable. People working were rude and did not offer anything given the insane wait time. The food was not great either. Would not recommend to anyone.
Amazing food and amazing service

Pretty good!
Excellent food, and they answer the phone! Tried this place when I could not get an order in at other spot. I was pleased to discover that the food here is great. It's my new go-to spot in Amherst for Chinese food.
When I am in town I always make sure to order from here as the food is always absolutely fresh and delicious. There is dine in seating or take out whichever you prefer with wheelchair accessible entrance and free parking. Staff is very friendly and efficient, with minimal wait times. Calling ahead for pick up is an excellent ? option if you don't want to wait .

Nice little place to eat
Was my first time eating here.
Staff was really nice..
Dine in or takeout available. My fiancé and I decided to eat in. Friendly staff. Terrible food !!!! We both ordered combo dishes. Washroom was filthy. Food was prepared before we arrived and reheated, unevenly I might add. Chow mein was sickeningly sweet with sugar crystals undissolved on my plate, chicken fried rice was flavourless and had a plastic texture. - we will not be returning to Woo’s restaurant .
