Phenomenal food! My wife had the Chicken Tikka Masala and said it was the best chicken she's ever had! I had a burger and it was so juicy. The fries were unbelievable. Laura was an excellent server! Best restaurant service we've had in a long time. Definitely, we will go back next time we're visiting Antigonish.

First time at the Brownstone. We heard lots of good things about it but was quite disappointed with the food. Mt husband's fries were overcooked. My striploin was overlooked. Even though it wasn't busy the service was very slow.

Had a lovely meal outside when visiting Antigonish a few weeks ago. The seafood chowder I got was excellent. My wife got the seafood casserole and it was also delish. One of us has severe immune reactions to wheat, and Gluten Free options were available for many menu choices.

This is one of only a handful of options in Antigonish and, while it gets packed, is fully in the mediocre to ājust okā category. Itās not awful. Itās not great. Service was friendly, but painfully slow. Tried the āGreek chicken bites,ā and there is nothing remotely āGreekā about them other than they come with a side of tzatziki sauce. Tasty though, but just a weird mish-mash of flavors that offer nothing truly āGreek.ā The soup of the day (some pumpkin-lentil combo) received praise. The āthin crust pizzaā was an abomination. Not only did it take forever to come out (something for which our server apologize repeatedly), when it finally did come out, it was undercooked, soggy, not at all crispy, and was clearly some pre-fabricated, previously frozen (at least the crust - which tasted of cardboard) disaster. Itās no better, and, actually, worse, than the cheapest frozen pizza you can find at your local grocer or petrol station. All in all, probably deserving of two stars, if not 1.5, but our server was friendly, apologetic for the abysmal performance of the kitchen, so that alone raises the overall rating to three. Not recommended, particularly given there are other options nearby.

AWESOME!!! Came here after a long travelling day through the Cabot trail and this was the best seafood, the best atmosphere, and really reasonably priced for the portions...will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Delicious food and drinks. We ordered spicy food and the food was also deliciously spicy. Sit outside in the sun and eat. The staff was very friendly and gave us time to eat in peace.

We were in town to bring our daughter to X for her first year. (Traveling from Ontario). Food, service and outdoor patio we truly enjoyed (minus the bees that have no bearing on our review).
We will make this a MUST STOP on all of our visits.
