Why would you hire people who don't know English? Its one of the most crucial needs for being eligible for hire. A female Indian looking (forget her name) worker did not know English and couldn't proceed with the food order. Another instance I've seen a customer get frustrated and leave the drive thru shaking their head and I would assume its because the workers do not know English. The fries were also cold. I would avoid this place. God knows what that kitchen looks like.

Just passing through and stopped for gas and coffee and was happy to get both here. The BK location is tiny and part of the small convenience/gas store but they make it work. I think there were only two staff there and they had to make another pot of coffee for me. Kinda fun to have a pair of BK paper crowns on every table. My coffee was fine with cream and sugar and helped keep me awake. With that and the gas we were able to get where we were going 👍

Waited almost a half hour in the drive through even though there were only two cars ahead of us. Had to repeat order three times at speaker and again at the window. Still managed to give us the wrong order. Do not recommend this location.

Placed an order on the app for dine in. It was over 25 mins late and no one was waiting inside for orders. It was not busy at all. Burgers were overcooked, burnt & cold. Onion rings cold & soggy. Drinks were not even ready. Order was not fit to eat. Horrible service and customer service has not been good either. Clerk didn’t understand why I was upset with my order and no refunds issued. We will NOT return here. I highly recommend eating anywhere else.
She charged for mustard on the Burger, and said it was corporate policy.

Made and order in the drive thru. Confirmed the order. Got to the window and half the order was wrong with some item omitted completely. Bacon and cheese Junior whopper was plain. Bacon and cheese whopper only had cheese. Fixed our order at the window, or so we thought. Had to go back through the drive thru again because there was no bacon or cheese on the jr whopper. Messed that up again, It didn't have bacon this time. Had to go inside to remedy the situation, and the guy at the counter basically called us liars and that he had put bacon on it. The food was cold bland and stale. Do yourself a major favor and never eat here. There were so many f'Ups in this one trip I would have to write for an hour only to scratch the surface. Places like this deserve negative stars.

Food isn't fresh, I had a moldy bun once. Under staffed. The wait times are ridiculous. The only good thing is can say is it's clean, but there are only 4 or 5 tables, so it should be clean.
