Very friendly staff. Food brought to the table by them. Our meal was good & included an ice cream sundae....great deal

I have never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant before. My partner and I went through the drive thru around 8:50pm, the ordering process and line were fast. When we pull up to the window there was an older man at the window. He ended up yelling at my partner because she went to use code rather than the scanner. After we scanned our coupon my partner informed him we were paying with our card (Apple Pay) to which he continued to use the scanner. We mentioned again we were paying with debit and showed our card to which he again yelled at us again saying it was our fault, that our phone wasn’t close enough. I then mentioned he had the wrong machine and he switched it. I have never felt so uncomfortable, there was no reason for him to be raising his voice at customers. Both my partner and I left very shaken and disappointed with the situation. I definitely will not be returning to this location.

I’ve had good experiences every time at Dairy Queen! One time, I ordered an ice cream that I was not particularly fond of (due to personal tastes) and the customer service associate was nice enough to give me a free replacement.

Service can be a little slow if you don't order ahead of time on the app, but I do believe they are also understaffed for the demand at this specific location, however the staff is always kind and courteous.

Service for our visit was very slow. It took more than 5 minutes to get a milkshake and a dipped cone. We were the only ones at the counter.

My friend and I went through the drive through to each order a blizzard and i ordered a chicken wrap. We were very polite and in my opinion did not do anything that would upset any of the workers however the lady who took my order sounded very snotty but i didn’t think much of it. When I pulled up to the window an older man greeted me. He did not seem to want to be there at all very rude. When I pulled up my app for it to be scanned which is how the rewards app is used, he stormed off and told another lady to “deal with me” after raising his voice at me for not telling them at the speaker. I apologized for not knowing i was supposed to. The second lady that waited on me was the same one that took our order at the speaker she was very rude and blunt. Did not catch either of their names But they were working at the Antigonish DQThursday march 21st around 9:15. Neither should be working in customer service. Both completely and utterly rude.
