Called at lunch to place an order for dinner pick up. When I arrived they had seemingly sold our orders. I don't know if it was because I said I was paying by gift card when I called, but not a great experience.

First time eating here, it was such a lovely experience. Their new location is so cute inside and very cozy. I ordered the chicken Chipotle grilled cheese with an iced coffee. DELISH. And not too expensive! The cashier was so sweet. She said my food would take 5 minutes, and I think I waited for 10 (I didn't even notice it look longer) and she gave me a free drink for the inconvenience!! Will definitely be coming back, 10/10🩷

Love the new store front. The food is always so great! Loved the Greek bowl and Smoothies. Service is so great as well. We also order soups for family members and the reviews are great. Congrats on the amazing business!

Stopped in for lunch on our way to Cape Breton. We had the Chicken Chipotle Grilled Cheese and the Asian Chicken Wrap. Both so delicious, really great flavours and much healthier than stopping for fast food. Would definitely recommend to stop in for lunch!

Angela and her team are absolutely amazing ! The food that is created in that kitchen is to die for ! You will not eat a bad meal there. It is all made with so much love and so much flavor. She has just expanded and I couldn't be more happy for her! When I lived in AB and would come home for visits, I'd stop by and get 4 containers of the dill pickle hummus to take back with me. The smoothies, the quiche, hummus- EVERYTHING is absolutely amazing! Do yourself a favor and go eat here :)

Fresh Food Matters is by far the best restaurant in Antigonish ! I have tried almost everything on the menu and never once been disappointed. Important to note the menu is always changing too so you could never ever grow bored of the endless options!! There are equally as many veg options and meat options so something for everyone !! Love all the new foods and flavour combinations I have gotten to try thanks to the FFM crew ! I am the world’s worst cook so having this local option is seriously a game changer ! 11/10 recommend ! And as a bonus, Angela and all the staff are just the most genuine and amazing people who you will just plain want to be friends with ! They put their whole heart and soul into every dish ! ❤️
