I’m appalled at the service I got in drive thru. Not only while I was still talking to the girl. She slammed the window in my face. I also went in with a hand written letter sceeled in an envelope. I wrote on it store manager. This girl opens it when I specifically wrote store manager on it. What is wrong with these staff. The only one who is decent in there is Jason. I’m sure if yoh lose him. I am sure you will lose this store.

I have been to this KFC twice now. Both times, the counter staff members were very courteous. The food was hot, and I did not have to wait more than ten minutes for my buckets.
I will be returning every month or so for a 14-piece bucket. I was a former Mary Brown's customer, but their chicken pieces, while large, are very dry from being cooked in the morning and left in a heating oven. I normally pick up my chicken orders mid-afternoon. KFC chicken is much moister, and tastes better. It is also less costly than that of MB.

This was THE MOST DISGUSTING food ive ever paid for & not eaten!!! Cold, not warm, COLD Chicken sandwich, smothered to tge point if DRIPPING in mayo, brown lettuce. I didn't open the bag until i got down the road so didn't go back, fed it to the birds(even felt guilty offering it to them!!) DISGUSTING

Gotta give props to Jason at the counter for being extremely courteous, & mindful. Buddy remembered my order from a month prior, food served well and quickly.
I arrived at noon on a Friday. I haven't been to KFC in approximately 3 years. I was met by a customer service person very quickly and he was friendly. I ordered the three-piece combo that arrived almost instantly. The food was hot and fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the chicken pieces were extremely small.
