This was THE MOST DISGUSTING food ive ever paid for & not eaten!!! Cold, not warm, COLD Chicken sandwich, smothered to tge point if DRIPPING in mayo, brown lettuce. I didn't open the bag until i got down the road so didn't go back, fed it to the birds(even felt guilty offering it to them!!) DISGUSTING

I arrived at noon on a Friday. I haven't been to KFC in approximately 3 years. I was met by a customer service person very quickly and he was friendly. I ordered the three-piece combo that arrived almost instantly. The food was hot and fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the chicken pieces were extremely small.

They make their gravy in a bucket on the floor and the district manager sits around on the floor for hours doing nothin but getting in the way. She has no idea how to do her job

Horrible service! Waited 30 mins for a popcorn chicken bucket and fries. While cars kept coming and going at the drive thru, customers inside just stood around and waited. 7 customers inside waiting for their paid orders but skipped over to serve the drive thru. One customer who was waiting even got a refund because his wait was unreal. I lost my mind when the 10th car came and went as I stood there waiting 30 minutes. A customer spoke to manager about this and his response was a blank stare into space. Never ever again! Fast food? Nope. Not even close. I'd rather go the extra mile and be hungry longer to avoid this place! Go figure though.
