I arrived at noon on a Friday. I haven't been to KFC in approximately 3 years. I was met by a customer service person very quickly and he was friendly. I ordered the three-piece combo that arrived almost instantly. The food was hot and fresh. Only thing I didn't like was the chicken pieces were extremely small.
We normally go thru drive-thru but it wasn't able to do debits there so I went in. There were 3 ppl working a lunchtime shift. I always check bag bf I leave to make sure what I ordered is there. I was shocked that 6 chicken tenders were almost 24$ and that's not a meal deal.And they're all crunch no chicken. Most of it got thrown for the cats.And this isn't just this KFC. It's all of them.Prices have gone up, quality gone way down.It's too bad bc...
I will be returning every month or so for a 14-piece bucket. I was a former Mary Brown's customer, but their chicken pieces, while large, are very dry from being cooked in the morning and left in a heating oven. I normally pick up my chicken orders mid-afternoon. KFC chicken...
