They gave me cold double double coffee, the second time I went for the drive through they I said I need a hot coffee and mentioned about the cold coffee I got last time. The person said the coffee is free and it’s hot .. when I got it it was cold

Stopped in here after having a conversation about the enshitification of the McDonald’s experience and this location did not disappoint. They were very busy and must have been short staffed. My wife’s wrap was very dry so I went to get a sauce. It took 10 minutes to get someone to help me, despite 5 employees making eye contact with me. I explained her wrap was dry and paid for a sauce. I wrote to management and received no response. I’m sure this speaks to the service we received. Management doesn’t care about their customers and the employees are following suite.

My order no. PG0727071 instructions particularly said no bacon but I still got bacon in my order. I choose no bacon as well as I wrote in the notes that no bacon please but they still gave me bacon😔. It's going in the garbage now. Waste of my 10$.

Five star atmosphere is speculation only based on the rest. After all, I went through the drive through, but I was through that drive through six times in the span of four or five days and my order was spot on every time the staff was very friendly.And the food was fresh. As for the mcdonald's corporation itself, i'm trying to get out.I haven't got much time for. I do enjoy the food, but they're promotions.I think are absolutely ridiculous. This idea of a $1 ice cream cone only if you have the app on your phone. I think it's absolutely ridiculous. All I can think of as the ten year old little boy who got a dollar and ran to mcdonald's for an ice cream but didn't have a cell phone. So he doesn't get his ice cream. I get the promotion, but maybe use a coffee. Something adults by people who can't afford cell phones.
