I’ve been a regular Mezza customer for a long time, and I’m not someone who usually leaves bad reviews. But I had to share my experience because this is the second time it has happened. I ordered the shawarma poutine today, which came to about $16 with tax, and the bowl was almost half empty again very few fries, barely any chicken, and hardly any sauce.
The first time, I thought maybe they were just busy, but having it happen again is really disappointing. For the price I paid, the portion and quality were not acceptable. I hope this gets addressed.

Stopped at Mezza on our way to Cape Breton and had a fantastic lunch. The food was fresh and tasty, but what really made the visit special was Cherry. She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—truly the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Always a favorite stop—we’ll definitely be back!

Negative: They refused to customize the bowls. You can only have it the way it is written. The person at the counter refuse to even DELETE one of the content. This was very odd.
Cherry was awesome and the place is great. Good portion size and I just loved their falafels, very soft from inside and cruncy from outside. Kudos to the team.

Always stop at Mezza Antigonish on trips from Halifax to Sydney. Excellent portions, always fresh, amazing flavour, and outstanding service. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Cherry who really went above and beyond on my last visit! We will be back!
