The food was soggy, the beef n broccoli had a fishy aftertaste, the ribs were tough n barely any meat, and they got one of our side orders wrong. It costs $71 for 2 combinations plates, 2 egg rolls and spring rolls and one chicken chow mean and we got Lo mein and we didn’t even eat it. Disappointed

Take out order was delicious. Singapore Noodles 5/5 and the Hot and Sour Soup 5/5. Lovely waitress took my take out order as well. Piping hot and very much enjoyed . Thanks!

Been going here somewhat often since I started school at St. FX a few years ago, they've always nailed the food and the service has always been good. service is usually lightning fast and they seem to recognize regulars.

Called at 8:02pm from outside the restaurant to order a simple takeout platter. At after 815 I was watching her cleaning tables and sweep floors while still having me on hold. There was one medium sized table seated and that was it. I walked in and she never even noticed at first what the ringing and beeping was as my phone was on speaker for her to hear. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner and was told everyone was too busy to speak with me. Poor customer service, poor attitude, quite sassy for working in a restaurant who is expecting tips. And yes I have photos of all of this. Aswell as screenshots of the phone call waiting time and the photos of her cleaning rather than simply picking up the phone. If it says open until 830 then to me, that means it’s open till 830 as I’ve worked in the kitchen myself and owners don’t shut down the kitchen early as they want to make money, but clearly they don’t want the money from one simple takeout platter When the food is already made in bulk to begin with.

[Christmas Eve] Ordered a day ahead prior pick up, talked to madison spelled my name however on the day to pick up the order the name got mispelled and the order wasn't processed. They didnt apologize and just went on with business as usual. nice!

My family members went there today for lunch (October 4th 2024) Being during the lunch hour, it got busy. There was 1 lone server running the whole restaurant, expected to serve all tables during a busy lunch rush, ring up the customers when they were finished and man the phones. She was very pleasant but very clearly overworked. This is unacceptable. Shame on you Management and owners for allowing this to happen. Obviously you don't value your workers very much.

I've been here multiple times over the years and it has always been consistent. Service is always great and friendly. Food is always delicious. I like how the portions are generous and the prices are affordable. My family has been going for over 20 years, and we still keep going back. I just wish they would make some updates to the interior, it could use a major face lift. Most of the inside, including the dishes haven't been changed in decades. I go for the food, not the atmosphere. It's always busy when I go both inside, and with takeout.
