Very disappointed with the service, The gentleman was annoyed to serve us on the date of September 1, 2024 at around 10:30 p.m., he ignored us I was ashamed, the lady with him was embarrassed because the gentleman was not good with us, she came serve us he even slammed the door and hit the business he was so angry he spoke about me in his language in a bad way. I think the gentleman has no place in this restaurant. Thanks to Madam who served us. The owner of this subway should review his unprofessional employee, we are in Canada.

We stopped in for a lobster sub. We ordered one foot long. Got to the cashier and he said $28.75… with a look of What I said pardon? At this point we were committed and purchased the sub. Someone should have said something. I saw no pricing for it. It was after he said “it is our most expensive sandwich” no kidding. As well as was it worth it? No. It was ok. For almost 30 bucks it should have been outstanding. Really disappointed.

Amazing staff and service! It is also located in a plaza which has McDonald's and A&W nearby. If you're heading to Cape Breton from the west side of Nova Scotia, this could be a great stop for a quick meal in Antigonish. It is also open late which is rare with restaurants in Nova Scotia.

I just visited this place and had the worst experience ever. The lady on veggie section of sub-bar was very rude. Her facial experience showed it all. Would not recommend to anyone!! :(

Wish I didn’t spend 23 on the lobster sub here when I went here with my family it was terrible the bread tasted stale and sour and so did the lobster. The man worked here even gave me attitude when I said that he gave me the wrong cookie and he was pressuring my aunt the hurry up with deciding which is completely unacceptable for an employee to do, also I had to use the washroom since this was a stop during our road trip and both the make and female bathrooms were filthy. This is easily the worst subway I have ever been to and will never return.
