Dear Subway Team,
I had a disappointing experience with the person at the counter. The staff member, named Lemmy, was quite rude and did not smile or interact politely with customers. He often rushes customers to finish their orders quickly, only to stand idle afterward. Additionally, he did not take my order correctly the first time, and I had to repeat my request multiple times.
This has not been a one-time issue, the same behavior occurs whenever he is working. I hope you can look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure better customer service in the future.

The server puts zero effort in. The subs are always sloppy and barely cut, like they just want to get it over with. It wouldn’t hurt to take a little pride in the job, customers notice when there’s no care put into the food.

It was very hard to understand the person taking my order. Would have helped if they talked slower and pronounced words better. My sandwich was a mess when I opened it to eat it. Three staff were standing together behind the counter, in the way of the ones trying to wait on customers, having a grand ole conversation with each other in their native language. They could have gone out of sight instead of being a distraction and in the way. And when did Subway get so expensive for a sandwich and drink?

Ordered subs for pickup and when I got home realized they had baked the subs which I didn’t want and bread was stale
Only been here once but the food was rlly good. Kinda hard to understand the employees sometimes but other than that its good.
Super unfriendly service, product doesn’t come as it is described on the menu. If you ask for a new sandwich as they messed up the previous one they’ll just be unfriendly and will blame it on you
This location has some serious quality control issues. I have no issues ordering online at other locations, and here they forget something as simple as LETTUCE on my sub. I’ve previously received 6 inches instead of the foot long ordered as well. Make sure to double check your orders if you’re ordering online here.

Very disappointed with the service, The gentleman was annoyed to serve us on the date of September 1, 2024 at around 10:30 p.m., he ignored us I was ashamed, the lady with him was embarrassed because the gentleman was not good with us, she came serve us he even slammed the door and hit the business he was so angry he spoke about me in his language in a bad way. I think the gentleman has no place in this restaurant. Thanks to Madam who served us. The owner of this subway should review his unprofessional employee, we are in Canada.

Every time I go here, I am disappointed. The older ladies always give rude looks and appear annoyed when asking for anything beyond the basics. Though they are seemingly kind to select (older) customers. Very… interesting customer service.
